Kata dia, sejak aksi protes yang dilakukan warga di gedung DPRD Tanjab Barat beberapa bulan lalu dan dilanjutkan ke meja perundingan, hingga saat ini tidak ada kejelasan status lahan warga Kelurahan Teluk Nilau tersebut.
"Terakhir adanya pengukuran lahan kelokasi yang turut di hadiri oleh pihak pemerintah kabupaten, DPRD, WKS dan disaksikan oleh masyarakat saat itu, tapi sampai hari ini tidak ada tindak lanjutnya," jelas Anhar kepada media.
Dia juga menegaskan, jika hasil dari pertemuan di komisi II DPRD Tanjab Barat tidak membuahkan hasil, maka warga yang tergabung dalam kelompok forum petani Teluk Nilau kembali akan mengelar aksi.
Semua pihak terkait dengan persoalan lahan 1913 hektar itu sudah dipanggil baik oleh pemkab maupun DPRD. "Semua kan sudah di panggil, baik oleh dinas terkait maupun DPRD Tanjab Barat. Bahkan lahan juga sudah di ukur yang juga di saksikan oleh dewan, jadi wajar saja jika kami ingin kepastian soal sengketa lahan ini," imbuhnya.
