Kisruh sengketa tanah ini di benarkan oleh Maulana, Kabid Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Tanjabbarat.
Dijelasnya, lahan tersebut sudah lama sejak tahun 1999, namun pemkab membelinya pada tahun 2003 dari Pak Manan. Bisa dibilang pemkab tidak tau ternyata tanah itu sengketa," katanya saat ditemui di ruang kerjanya, Selasa(9/6/20).
"Bisa dikatakan pemkab tidak tau bahwa tanah itu sengketa," ucap Maulana meyakini.
Lanjut Maulana, sebelum pemkab membeli tanah tersebut, dikabarkan tanah ini pernah dilakukan sidang ke MK. "Kemarin pihak-pihak yang menang sudah mengirimkan surat kepada pemkab, sekarang persoalan ini sudah berada di bagian hukum. Kita bagian aset hanya melangkapi suratnya cuman," katanya.
Disigung apa perihal surat yang disampaikan dari pihak mengugat kepada pemkab selaku tergugat, kata Maulana, inti suratnya memberitahukan bahwa tanah yang sekarang ditempati kantor Camat Bram Itam dan sebagianya itu sudah putus dengan dibuktikan keputusan pengadilan Tahun 1999, bahwa mereka menang yang berhak memiliki tanah tersebut.
"Pemkab beli tanah tersebut di Tahun 2003 dari Pak Manan, pak Manan menjual sama pemkab zaman itu. Baru sekarang pemkab mengetahuinya bahwa tanah tersebut sengketa, di 2020 inilah baru ketahuanya," ujarnya.
Sementara terkait hal ini, Ansori selaku Kabag Hukum Setda Tanjabbarat belum bisa memberikan tanggapan saat ditemui di ruang kerajanya kemarin.
"Maaf, saya lagi sibuk nanti aja," ucap Ansori.
