TANJAB BARAT - Diduga akibat minim pengawasan dari Aparatur setempat dan pihak PLN, pemasangan tiang PLN diduga dikerjakan asal jadi dan menimbulkan kekecewan masyarakat di Kelurahan Seberang Kota, Kecamatan Seberang Kota, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat.
Pasalnya, tiang PLN baru yang dipasang kondisinya sudah banyak miring. Selain itu, kondisi tiang sudah banyak berkarat.
"Banyak tiang yang sudah karatan, karena pada saat pembawaan tiang tersebut dimasukkan ke dalam air. Kan kita tahu jika air asin ini bisa membuat tiang-tiang karatan. Kami jadi khawatir jika tiang tersebut tidak bertahan lama," ujar Samad warga setempat.
Terlebih lagi, warga setempat mengatakan jika pada proses pemancangan tiang PLN sepertinya tidak memperhatikan kontur tanah yang labil. Sehingga banyak tiang yang telah dilakukan pemancangan kondisinya miring-miring tidak karuan.
"Banyak tiang PLN yang miring. Kita khawatir jika pembangunan seperti ini akan sia-sia saja," keluhnya.
Belum lagi beberapa tiang yang dilihat masih belum terpasang dengan sempurna, namun sudah dilakukan pemasangan kabel jaringan. Tentu ini menjadi tanda tanya bagi masyarakat, jika hanya seperti itu bisa membahayakan.
"Sangat berbahaya Pak. Ini tiang bisa menghantui masyarakat yang lalu-lalang di jalan karena miringnya sangat condong sekali ke jalan," bebernya.
Ia mengharapkan adanya pengawasan dari pemerintah atau pihak PLN sendiri dalam mengawasi proyek proyek strategis pemerintah, karena jika Pembangunan seperti ini bisa merugikan masyarakat.
