MUARABULIAN - Kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) di kabupaten Batanghari dari tahun ke tahun terus mengalami penurunan. Hal itu diketahui berdasarkan grafik data jumlah kasus KDRT baik kekerasan terhadap permpuan maupun kekerasan terhadap anak sejak tahun 2015 sampai 2019, hingga memasuki pertengahan tahun 2020 ini.
Seperti yang disampaikan Kepala Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DPPKBP3A) Batanghari, Tesar Arlin, SE melalui Kabid P2A pada DPPKBP3A Batanghari, Najmi Ulyati.
Najmi bilang, berdasarkan grafik data kekerasan terhadap perempuan pada tahun 2015 tercatat ada 44 kasus, pada tahun 2016 ada 22 kasus, pada tahun 2017 ada 23 kasus, pada tahun 2018 ada 15 kasus dan pada tahun 2019 hanya ada 4 kasus.
Sementara untuk kasus kekerasan terhadap anak pada tahun 2015 ada 50 kasus, pada tahun 2016 ada 44 kasus, pada tahun 2017 ada 18 kasus, pada tahun 2018 ada 33 kasus dan tahun 2019 hanya ada 19 kasus.
“Kasus KDRT baik kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak di Batanghari mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya. Ini dilihat dari grafik data kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak sejak tahun 2015 hingga 2019 lalu,” kata Najmi Ulyati, saat dikonfirmasi media ini pada Selasa (30/6/2020).
Najmi mengaku, berdasarkan rekap data kasus KDRT sejak Januari hingga Mei 2020 dari UPPA Polres Batanghari, kasus KDRT tercatat sebanyak 4 kasus. Jumlah tersebut lebih rendah jika dibanding periode yang sama pada 2019. Dan sampai saat ini 4 kasus tersebut masih dalam proses penyelesaian. Sementara untuk kasus kekerasan terhadap anak hanya tercatat 9 kasus.
“Mudah-mudahan kasus KDRT di Batanghari pada tahun ini menurun dari tahun lalu,” harap Najmi Ulyati.
