MUAROJAMBI - Puluhan Ikatan Mahasiswa Sungai Gelam (IMSG) melakukan aksi di Kantor Bupati Muarojambi, Rabu (8/7/2020).
Mereka meminta pemerintah Kabupaten Muarojambi lebih transparan untuk penyaluran bantuan Covid-19.
Dalam aksi tersebut, puluhan mahasiswa menyampaikan beberapa poin tuntutan, yakni terkait transparansi penyaluran bantuan Covid-19 dan tuntut Bupati Muarojambi menindaklanjuti tentang kedisiplinan ASN.
Dari poin pertama mereka menilai penyaluran bantuan Covid-19 dari APBD Kabupaten Muarojambi sebanyak 17 ribu KK penerimaan bantuan untuk masyarakat Muarojambi daerah Sungai Gelam lebih sedikit yang menerima dibandingkan kecamatan lainnya.
Muklisin Yusuf koordinator aksi menyampaikan, daaerh Sungai Gelam merupakan populasi penduduk yang paling banyak di Kabupaten Muarojambi kenapa masyarakatnya sangat sedikit yang menerima bantuan tersebut.
Untuk bantuan Covid-19 dari APBD Kabupaten Muarojambi di Kecamatan Sungai Gelam sebanyak 637 KK penerimaan, sedangkan populasi penduduknya lebih banyak. Ia juga mengatakan soal terkena dampak, semua masyarakat mengalami dampak dari Covid-19 tersebut.
Tujuan aksi kita hari ini ingin mempertanyakan bagaimana mekanisme penyaluran bantuan tersebut, dan transparansinya. Dengan jumlah data penerimaan tersebut, tentu kita di daerah Sungai Gelam merasa dibedakan serta di anak tirikan," ujarnya
Kepala Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Muarojambi, Rossa Chandra Budi dalam penyampaiannya, mengaku terkait transparansi penggunaan dana covid-19 dari APBD Kabupaten Muarojambi sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur.
Terkait jumlah penerimaan bantuan Covid-19 di Kecamatan Sungai Gelam berdasarkan data yang mereka usulkan, dari data tersebut,bukan dari kita pihak dinsos dan pemerintah Kabupaten Muarojambi yang menentukan jumlahnya.
"Melainkan sesuai dengan data yang mereka usulan,melalui musyawarah desa yang disampaikan kecamatan kepada dinas sosial.Kita pihak dinsos dan pihak pemerintah kabupaten tidak pernah membuat dan memutuskan sendiri terhadap data penerimaan tersebut, semua nya berangkat dari desa dan kecamatan," ujarnya.
Untuk jumlah penerimaan yang sudah disalurkan berdasarkan data yang diusulkan camat masing-masing,karena data yang telah disalurkan berdasarkan data yang diusulkan.
Maunya kawan-kawan mahasiswa ingin penggunanaan dan penyaluran bantuan tersebut lebih transparan, kita juga bersepakat akan menyanggupi hal tersebut," tutur Rossa Chandra Budi.
