Selain itu, Dwi Purwanto dari UPR Fadel Fish, Desa Tambang Mas Kecamatan Pamenang Selatan dan Sutar dari UPR Sahabat, Desa Tambang Mas Kecamatan Pamenang Selatan.
‘’Jadi kualitas pembenihan ikan kempat UPR ini, telah diakui secara nasional. Artinya mereka mempunyai kemampuan mengelola pembenihan ikan secara baik,’’ ujar Bupati Merangin H Al Haris didampingi Wabup H Mashuri di halaman kantor bupati, Senin (13/7).
Semakin banyak memiliki sertifikat CPIB lanjut bupati, akan semakin menciptakan kepercayaan publik terhadap UPR tersebut, karena akan semakin membuktikan kalau hasil pembenihan yang dilakukan itu semakin baik.
Pada kesempatan itu, bupati juga menyerahkan sertifikat gratis lahan usaha budiday perikanan (Prasehatkan) kepada sebanyak 20 orang anggota kelompok budidaya ikan di Kecamatan Tabir Ilir.
Sertifikat Prasehatkan itu terang Kadis Perikanan Merangin M. Damai, merupakan kegiatan program pemberdayaan masyarakat, kerjasama Kementerian Kelautan Perikanan RI dengan Badan Pertanahan Nasional.
‘’Pemkab Merangin sebagai ‘penyambung tangan’ melalui Dinas Perikanan telah mengusulkan sertifikat kolam ini ke Pusat. Alhamdulillah telah dikabulkan langsung kita bagikan,’’ terang M Damai.
Bupati menambahkan, Sertifikat Prasehatkan itu akan mematenkan lahan perikanan milik seseorang secara hukum. Selain itu Sertifikat Prasehatkan juga digunakan pemiliknya untuk agunan pinjaman modal usaha.
