TANJAB BARAT - Bantuan 12 ekor sapi dari program Badan Restorasi Gambut (BRG) di Desa Teluk Kulbi, Kecamatan Betara, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat di tahun 2018 lalu diduga bermasalah.
Pasalnya, sejak realisasi 2018 lalu, 12 ekor sapi tersebut hingga kini tidak jelas dimana keberadaanya. Beberapa sumber juga menyebutkan jika diantara sapi tersebut juga banyak yang mati.
Bedasarkan data yang dihimpun di lapangan, beberapa warga Desa Teluk Kulbi mengatakan, tidak tau keberadaan sapi bantuan tersebut," terang warga setempat saat di temui berapa waktu lalu.
Salah seorang warga Teluk Kulbi yang merupakan penggembala sapi pertama mengakui jika ia mengurus sapi bantuan tersebut selama tujuh bulan, namun setelah tujuh bulan mengurus sapi tersebut, sapi tersebut ia kembalikan ke Kades Teluk Kulbi.
"Karena tidak jelas hitungannya, maka sapi saya kembalikan ke Kades. Selain itu saat saya mengurus sapi itu, saya juga tidak dapat apa-apa," kata warga yang enggan disebutkan namanya di media ini.
Ia menyebutkan, jika saat ini tidak tahu menahu tentang keberadaan sapi tersebut. Namun menurut kabar, katanya sapi itu berada salah satu rumah warga di Desa Pinang Merah yang bernama Pur. "Sapi bantuan berjumlah 12 ekor, selama saya yang urus ada dua ekor yang mati," ujarnya.
Sementara, Sekdes Teluk Kulbi saat dikonfirmasi mengenai keberadaan sapi bantuan tersebut mengakui jika sapi tersebut memang ada di Pinang Merah dan saat ini masih dipelihara oleh warga.
"Kami menerima sapi bantuan sebanyak 12 ekor, tapi 4 ekor mati," imbuhnya.
Disigung mengenai pemindahan tempat lokasi sapi bantuan tersebut, ia mengatakan karena sapi tersebut ada yang mati.
"Iya mas, memang sapi itu untuk Teluk Kulbi, tapi waktu dipelihara warga sini sapinya ada yang mati dan di serahkan ke desa lagi. Saat itu kita cari pengganti pawangnya dan akhirnya oleh Bumdes di serahkan ke orang sana," terang Sekdes.
Sekdes mengakui tidak tahu menahu tentang pengelolaan serta teknis bentuan sapi tersebut. "Tidak tau juga, karena Bumdes yang mengelola serta yang cari orang memelihara sapi ini adalah mantan pengurus bumdes langsung," kilahnya.
"Saya hanya mengikuti petunjuk atasan, saya sendiri tidak pernah ikut hadir pada saat ada acara - acara yang berkaitan dengan bantuan sapi itu," tambahnya.
Sapi itu, lanjutnya, dikelola oleh pihak Bumdes ketika sejak awal sapi itu diberikan. "Yang berkompeten lagi terkait hal ini, ya matan kepala desa pak widodo, waktu itu Kades kami masih pak Widodo," terangnya.
Ia juga mengungkapkan jika tidak tahu keberadaan mantan bundes "Infomasinya, saya dapat kabar dia sedang merantau kerja di Jambi," kata dia.
Sedangkan untuk pengurus Bumdes yang sekarang, menurutnya adalah pengurus Bumdes yang baru.
"Mereka (Pengurus Bumdes baru, red) belum tau menahu mengenai masalah ini, kepengurusannya aja baru setengah bulan," ucapnya.
Terpisa Purnomo, penggembala sapi bantuan dari warga Pinang Merah mengakui, ketika dia menerima sapi bantuan tersebut dari Teluk Kulbi sebanyak tujuh ekor. "Saya menerima sapi tersebut karena orang Pinang Merah tidak sanggup mengurusnya dan banyak yang mati. Serah terima sapi tersebut juga ada surat pernyataan dari pihak desa," tuturnya.
Dia mengtakan, selama satu tahun merawat sapi tersebut, saat ini sudah tiga sapi yang sudah hamil.
"Alhamdulillag selama dengan saya, sapi tersebut sudah ada perkembangan," ujarnya.
Terpisah mantan Kades Teluk Kulbi, Widodo tidak merespon ketika dikonfirmasi hingga berita ini diterbitkan.
Sementara Kades Teluk Kulbi yang baru saat dikonfirmasi terkait bantuan Sapi ini mengaku tidak tahun menahu. Karena sampai sejauh ini belum ada serah terima," pungkasnya.
Dikesempatan yang lain, agar tidak menjadi polemik di masyarakat, Sekretaris KNPI Tanjab Barat, Lukmanurohim meminta aparat hukum mengusut tuntas dugaan penyimpangan 12 ekor sapi tersebut.
"Kami minta agar hal ini dibawa keranah hukum,biar jelas dan terang menerang biar tak ada pihak yang dirugikan," pungkasnya.
