MUARABULIAN - Warga RT 19 Kelurahan Teratai, Kecamatan Muarabulian, Kabupaten Batanghari dikejutkan dengan kehadiran ular sanca atau ular sawah berukuran jumbo.
Ular sepanjang tujuh meter itu ditemukan di salah satu kebun warga setempat.
Warga Kelurahan Teratai, Kecamatan Muarabulian, Noval mengatakan, ular tersebut ditemukan oleh warga pertama kali pada saat ingin membersihkan kebun sekira pukul 09.00 wib.
"Iyo, Akel namo warga yang ketemu pertamo kali tu. Dio ketemunyo saat nebas kebun (membersihkan-red) di daerah Pematang Gadung," kata warga Teratai, Noval, Selasa (4/8/2020).
Disebutkan Noval, setelah melihat ular tersebut, Akel langsung memberitahukan warga yang sedang berada di kebun untuk menangkap ular sawah tersebut.
"Setelah diberitahukan ke warga, akhirnya ular sanca atau ular sawah tersebut ditangkap oleh warga dengan bantuan pawang ular bernama Kulup," pungkasnya.
