BATANGHARINEWS.COM, JAMBI - Keberhasilan dua pemboran sumur baru di tengah pandemi Covid-19, menjadi harapan baru Pertamina EP Jambi untuk mendongkrak angka produksi.
Dimana sumur SGC-28 yang dibor pada bulan Mei lalu ini berkontribusi crude oil sebanyak 200 BOPD. Sedangkan sumur kedua pemboran SGC-29 yang tajak pada awal Juli ini turut berhasil menambah angka produksi hingga 200 BOPD.
Dan memasuki kuartal III, catatan angka produksi PEP Jambi menunjukkan trend kenaikan perlahan dari bulan ke bulan.
Terbukti kinerja produksi Pertamina EP Asset 1 Jambi Field (PEP Jambi) menorehkan catatan kenaikan produksi menembus 3,553 BOPD (Barrel Oil per Day) pada 15 Agustus 2020.
Diamana realisasi angka produksi pada Agustus ini telah mencapai 100% dari target. Perolehan peningkatan produksi PEP Jambi ini seiring dengan keberhasilan dalam memproduksi sumur pemboran baru yang masuk dalam Rencana Kerja (RK) Pemboran 2020 PEP Jambi, SGC-28 dan SGC-29.
“Rata-rata capaian produksi PEP Jambi di bulan Januari hingga Agustus berkisar
3,200 BOPD. Memasuki bulan Agustus, produksi bergerak naik tembus 3,553 BOPD,” kata Gondo Irawan, Jambi Field Manager, Senin (17/8/2020).
Gondo Irawan bilang, dalam laporan harian produksi, hingga bulan Agustus, Pertamina EP Asset 1 memberikan kontribusi produksi minyak secara year to date sebesar 13,713 BOPD, dimana 3,553 BOPD berasal dari PEP
Jambi. Artinya, 26% produksi minyak mentah Pertamina EP Asset 1 diperoleh dari PEP Jambi.
Gondo juga menjelaskan, kenaikan secara siginifikan produksi PEP Jambi ini tidak lepas dari kontribusi struktur sumur yang berada di area Sungai Gelam C (SGC), Kenali Asam (KAS), Tempino (TPN), dan Ketaling Timur (KTT). PEP Jambi mengelola Wilayah Kerja (WK) dengan luas area mencapai 5,751
km2 dengan 13 struktur sumur yang tersebar di Kota Jambi, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, dan
Kabupaten Batanghari, Provinsi Jambi," tutur Gondo.
Gondo Irawan mengaku optimis PEP Jambi masih potensial untuk terus ditingkatkan produksinya. Berbagai upaya untuk menaikkan produksi sumur PEP Jambi, baik melalui pemboran sumur baru maupun hasil upaya perawatan sumur (well service) produksi existing. Hingga bulan Agustus, tim operasi produksi PEP Jambi telah melakukan 120 kali perawatan sumur dari target 240 kali program. Adapun metode perawatan sumur yang telah diupayakan untuk menjaga agar produksi sumur tidak mengalami decline, diantaranya: penggantian pompa sumur (sucker rod), penggantian tubing, maupun pembersihan berkala reservoir sumur.
Tak hanya rutin perawatan sumur, diakuinya, untuk kali pertama di pertengahan Agustus ini PEP Jambi melakukan intervensi sumur (well intervention) vibroseis di struktur Tempino yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Tempino, Kecamatan Masetong, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Metode baru ini mekanismenya melakukan stimulasi sumur dengan getaran tanah menggunakan unit truck vibro.
“Bedanya vibroseis ini bisa mengintervensi sumur tanpa harus masuk kedalam reservoir sumur,” papar Alip Triwanto, Jambi Petroleum Engineer usai Kick off Meeting vibroseis (11/8).
Kolaborasi antar anak perusahaan PT Pertamina (Persero) yang terdiri dari Research & Tecnology Center (RTC), PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), EOR PT Pertamina EP Kantor Pusat dan PEP Jambi bekerjasama dengan PT Elnusa akan melakukan vibroseis dengan sasaran sekitar 200-an sumur Tempino. Diharapkan setelah dilakukan vibroseis selama 90 hari kerja kedepan dapat meningkatkan 10-20% produksi minyak semua sumur yang berada di struktur Tempino. (*)
