BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Jumlah pasien positif virus Corona atau Covid-19 di kabupaten Batanghari kian bertambah.
Bahkan virus tersebut sudah menyerang salah satu Pegawai yang ada di Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) kabupaten Batanghari.
Hal ini dibenarkan oleh Jubir Gugus Tugas Covid-19 kabupaten Batanghari, dr. Elfi Yennie Mars, saat dikonfirmasi Batangharinews.com pada Kamis (20/8/2020) pagi.
"Waalaikumussalam, Betul, Den," ujar dr. Elfi Yennie melalui pesan WhatsApp kepada media ini, Kamis (20/8/2020).
Menyikapi hal ini, dr. Elfi Yennie mengaku, bahwa untuk memutus rantai penularan Covid-19 petugas sudah langsung melakukan pelacakan kontak. Sementara untuk kategori kontak erat, langsung diisolasi dan diambil sampel uji swab.
"Untuk memutus rantai penularan, sudah langsung lakukan pelacakan kontak. Untuk kategori kontak erat, langsung diisolasi dan swab," kata Elfi Yennie.
Diketahui berdasarkan hasil uji swab dengan metode PCR di kabupaten Batanghari pada Rabu (19/8/2020) kembali bertambah 2 orang, total menjadi 40 orang.
Kedua pasien tersebut berinisial HF seorang perempuan usia 60 tahun, warga Kelurahan Muarabulian, dan AF seorang laki- laki 29 tahun, warga Kelurahan Muarabulian, kabupaten Batanghari.
Kedua pasien adalah keluarga dekat dari pasien BQ, yang sebelumnya sudah dinyatakan konfirmasi positif Covid-19.
Pasien baru ini juga mendapat penanganan lebih lanjut di RSUD Hamba Muara Bulian.
Demikian disampaikan Jubir Gugus Tugas Covid-19 kabupaten Batanghari, dr. Elfi Yennie Mars melalui rilis resminya pada Rabu (19/8/2020).
