BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Warga kecamatan Pemayung, kabupaten Batanghari menilai kinerja pihak Kepolisian Sektor (Polsek) Pemayung kabupaten Batanghari, lamban dalam menangani laporan warga.
Sehingga saat ini warga Pemayung yang merasa dirugikan pertanyakan kinerja Polsek setempat.
Informasi yang diperoleh media ini menyebutkan, laporan warga yang belum ditangani tersebut yakni adanya laporan tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan (pencurian kayu-red) diwilayah Pemayung.
Husin Gideon Bin Anton (52) tahun, warga desa Kubu Kandang, kecamatan Pemayung selaku Pelapor kepada media ini berujar, sebagai masyarakat dirinya berharap agar aparat kepolisian khususnya dari Polsek Pemayung bisa profesional dalam proses penyelidikan laporan pencurian dengan pemberatan yang telah dilaporkannya pada tanggal 14 Mei 2020.
"Yang saya harapakan sebagai masyarakat, supaya penegak hukum aparat kepolisian khususnya dari Polsek Pemayung bisa profesional dalam proses penyelidikan laporan pencurian dengan pemberatan yang sudah saya laporkan dari tanggal 14 Mei 2020. Kita bukan memusuhi atau memburukan POLRI, tapi kita mengkritik kinerja kerjanya, karena sudah 3 bulan masih proses lidik dan sekarang lidiknya ke ranah perolehan lahan, asal usul lahan, batas desa," tutur Husin.
Terkait urusan lahan, urusan batas desa jika ada yang komplain buat laporannya nanti, Husin mengaku siap membuka berkas dan adu data. Dan lagi kalau sampai dilidik masalah batas desa, menurut Husin itu urusan Pemerintahan Daerah, karena sudah menyangkut administrasi desa.
"Kalau urusan lahan, urusan batas desa kalau ada yang komplain buat laporan nya nanti kita sama-sama buka berkas adu data, dan lagi kalau sampai dilidik masalah batas desa itu urusan Pemda, karena sudah menyangkut adm desa," tegas Husin.
"Yang saya pertanyakan juga apakah sampai saat ini sudah diketahui dan sudah dimintai keterangan belum orang-orang yang membeli kayu-kayu hasil gesekan yang diambil dari lahan saya," tanya Husin.
Husin juga mengatakan, merasa bahwa kasus pencurian kayu miliknya tak di tanggapi oleh Polsek Pemayung. Akhirnya Husin melaporkan kasus ini ke Kabag Wasidik Polda Jambi.
Atas kejadian pencurian kayu dilahan miliknya itu, Husin mengaku kehilangan kayu jenis Racuk dan Meranti. Dengan total kerugian yang saya alami sebesar kurang lebih Rp 40 juta,” kata Husin Jum'at (21/8/2020).
Husin juga menceritakan awal mula kejadian yakni pada bulan Maret lalu. “Jadi waktu itu, saya mengetahui kayu kayu saya secara tiba tiba di tebang oleh oknum yang tak bertanggung jawab. Saya diberitahu oleh warga bernama Harun di sekitar kejadian. Kejadian ini terjadi di kebun milik saya di kawasan desa Kubu Kandang Kecamatan Pemayung Kabupaten Batanghari,” jelas Husin.
Terpisah Kanit Reskrim Polsek Pemayung, Ipda Sugeng Ariyanto, saat dikonfirmasi media ini di Mapolsek Pemayung belum lama ini membenarkan adanya laporan tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan yang telah dilaporkan Husin Gideon tersebut.
“Benar ada laporan tersebut pada bulan Mei 2020 lalu,” kata Ipda Sugeng Ariyanto ketika dikonfirmasi media ini diruang kerjanya saat itu.
Ketika ditanya bagaimana perkembangan atas laporan tersebut, kepada media ini Ipda Sugeng menjelaskan, dugaan pelaku pencurian tersebut berjumlah 7 orang. Saat ini (kemarin-red) pihaknya masih melakukan penyelidikan atas kasus itu. Dimana, beberapa orang saksi telah dipanggil untuk dimintai keterangan.
“Ada 7 orang pelaku, mereka mengaku di perintah US. Yang mana US sendiri merupakan ipar dari Husin (Pelapor). US sendiri mendapat keuntungan sebesar Rp.200 ribu per kubik kayu. Dan ketujuh terduga pelaku sendiri telah dimintai keterangan juga,” beber Sugeng di ruang kerjanya saat itu.
Sementara US sendiri, diakui Sugeng telah dilayangkan 2 kali surat panggilan, namun tidak berada ditempat. Informasi yang didapat oleh Sugeng, US berada di Lampung kadang di Pekan Baru.
Guna mempertanyakan kembali perkembangan laporan Husin Gideon terkait kasus dugaan tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan tersebut, pada Jum'at (21/8/2020) sekira pukul 11.17 WIB media ini kembali mengkonfirmasi Kanit Reskrim Polsek Pemayung, Ipda Sugeng Ariyanto melalui pesan WhatsApp, namun belum ada jawaban. Pesan WhatsApp yang dikirimkan media ini hanya di baca saja, namun tidak ada balasan.
Bahkan hingga berita ini dipublikasikan, hingga pukul 13.12 WIB Jum'at (21/8/2020) pertanyaan media ini yang dikirimkan melalui pesan WhatsApp kepada Kanit Reskrim Polsek Pemayung, Ipda Sugeng Ariyanto belum juga ada jawaban.
