Penyerahan Denda Adat ke Koperasi Empat Desa Mitra PT APL
BATANGHARI - Dalam rangka menjunjung kearifan budaya lokal di kawasan perkebunan. PT Adimulia Palmo Lestari (APL) silaturahmi bersama warga Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) dan Petani empat Desa di kecamatan Maro Sebo Ulu, kabupaten Batanghari, Selasa (15/9/2020).
Pelaksnaaan kegiatan dilaksanakan di halaman kantor PT APL Desa Peninjauan, kecamatan Maro Sebo Ulu. Hadir pada kesempatan itu, SM PT APL Rudi Susanto, Camat MSU Budimansyah, SE, Kapolsek MSU diwakili Babinkantibmas, Danramil diwakili oleh Babinsa, Badan Pengawas Koperasi Ali Akbar, Ketua Koperasi dan Petani Desa Batu Sawar, Peninjuan, kampung baru dan padang kelapo serta warga SAD.
Senior Manajer PT APL, Rudi Susanto dalam kesempatan itu menyampaikan, agenda kegiatan silaturahmi dengan koperasi petani dan warga SAD terus di kedepankan. Hal itu, untuk menjujung tinggi budaya kearipan lokal.
“Sama-sama memiliki adat, kedua pihak harus menjunjung tingginya. Kalau kejadian di desa selesaikan dengan adat desa, jika kejadian di rimbo selesaikan dengan adat rimbo,” ujar SM PT APL pada Selasa (15/09/2020) kemarin.
Sebagai mitra dari petani, PT APL berharap berinvestasi dapat berjalan dengan aman dan damai, agar produktifitas meningkat.
Terpisah Camat Maro Sebo Ulu, Budimansyah dalam silaturhami menyampaikan, dengan adanya persoalan yang terjadi antara petani dan SAD, selesaikan dengan hukum adat sesuai dengan kearipan lokal.
“Tidak bisa menegakan hukum adat dengan kekerasan, untuk itu dapat sama menjaga budaya kearipan lokal ini dengan baik. Saya juga berharap kepada SAD dan petani, berkomunikasilah dengan perusahaan, KUD untuk menyikapi permasalahan yang terjadi,” ajak Camat.
Adapun hasil silaturahmi dan penyelesaian adat, yakni pengurus koperasi dan petani membayar ganti rugi ke perwakilan Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) denda uang sejumlah 10 juta rupiah.
Perwakilan SAD mengembalikan sepeda motor dengan jenis Honda yang selama ini telah dikuasai kepada petani.
Dalam silaturahmi ini juga di sepakati perjanjian, SAD akan mengikuti aturan dan membantu serta mengamankan seluruh aset milik perusahaan. Selain itu, tidak akan mengulangi perbuatan merugikan perusahaan dan masyarakat sekitar. Dan tidak akan lagi meminta ganti rugi dalam bentuk apapun dikemudian hari kepada pihak perusahaan PT Adimulia Palmo Lestari.
Apabila terjadi kejadian yang sama, maka akan diproses secara adat yang ada , dan apabila tidak bisa diselesaikan secara adat, maka akan diproses secara hukum yang berlaku.
Rangkaian kegiatan diakhiri dengan penyerahan denda adat dari perusahaan ke koperasi empat desa. Seterusnya, koperasi menyerahkan ke SAD, serta pengembalian motor yang dikuasai oleh SAD.
