MUARABULIAN - Senin (28/9/2020) kemarin, team dari Kemenpan_RB melakukan evaluasi pelayanan publik pada DPMPTSP kabupaten Batanghari.
Evaluasi pelayanan publik yang dilakukan team Kemenpan_RB tersebut tidak lain terhadap kebijakan Pelayanan Public, Profesionalisme SDM, Sarana dan Prasarana, SIPP, Konsultasi dan pengaduan dan Inovasi yang menjadi fokus Evaluasi dan Penilaian.
Kepala Dinas DPMPTSP kabupaten Batanghari, Rijaludin dalam kesempatan itu memaparkan, sampai dengan hari ini pelayanan publik yang dilaksanakan oleh DPMPTSP kabupaten Batanghari sesuai dengan RPJMD yang telah diterjemahkan kedalam Visi dan Misi DPMPTSP kabupaten Batanghari. Hal ini telah dibuktikan dengan sisitem pelayanan perizinan telah sesecara online Seri Bulian yang pernah dilaunching tanggal 29 Nopember 2018 yang terintegrasi dengan Sistem Online single Submition (OSS) dan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Gedung (SIMBG) sapras yang telah terpenuhi, peningkatan SDM aparatur Sipil Negara melalui berbagai diklat dan bimtek. Penanganan Konsultasi dan pengaduan masyarakat yang telah dilselesaikan dan Inovasi yang akan dilaksanakan pelayanan perizinan keliling," katanya.
Menurut Rijaludin, semua regulasi sudah ada dan semuanya sesuai dengan ketentuan dan peraturan yang sudah berlaku, walaupun terkendala dengan Covid-19 DPMPTSP kabupaten Batanghari tetap semangat untuk terus melayani dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan publik dan mendatangkan dan meningkatkan Investasi di kabupaten Batanghari demi tercapainya Batanghari Adil dan Sejahtera," kata Rijaludin.
Sementara itu menurut Bapak Achmad Nuzli, S.STP,MA dari Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi mengatakan, pelayanan publik yang telah dilaksanakan oleh DPMPTSP kabupaten Batanghari sudah bagus dan kalau bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi agar bisa mendapat nilai A.
"Beberapa aspek indicator yang menjadi area penilaian sudah terpenuhi, tinggal data dan lampiran yang ada segera disampaikan ke Kemenpan_RB, semoga DPMPTSP kabupaten Batanghari kedepanya makin lebih baik lagi," harapnya.
