JAMBI - Penjabat sementara (Pjs) Gubernur Jambi, Ir.Restuardy (Ardy) Daud,M.Sc berharap dukungan pembangunan infrastruktur dan transportasi di Provinsi Jambi dari Komisi V DPR RI. Hal itu disampaikannya saat menerima Kunjungan Kerja Komisi V DPR RI di Provinsi Jambi, di Auditorium Rumah Dinas Gubernur Jambi, Senin (12/10/2020) siang.
Ardy Daud mengparesiasi kunjungan kerja Komisi V DPR RI ke Provinsi Jambi pada Reses Masa Persidangan I Tahun 2020 - 2021, sebagai perhatian terhadap pembangunan di daerah, sekaligus menjaring aspirasi daerah terkait program dan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah.
Ardy Daud mengatakan, pembangunan infrastruktur dan penyediaan sarana prasarana transportasi menjadi salah saru prasyarat penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing saerah, karena ketersediaan infrastruktur dan sarana prasarana transporttasi yang memadai dapat memperlancar berbagai aktivitas serta menjadi katalisator bagi pergerakan dan perkembangan sektor-sektor lain, dan Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas infrastruktur wilayah serta sarana dan prasarana transportasi.
Selanjutnya, Ardy Daud mengharapkan dukungan Komisi V DPR RI terhadap pembangunan: Pertama, pembangunan Kawasan Ekonomi Ujung Jabung, yang diproyeksikan menjadi pusat produksi sekaligus distribusi produk unggulan Provinsi Jambi dan sekitarnya, dengan harapan dapar meningkatkan nilai tambah produk, diversifikasi usaha, dan penyerapan tenaga kerja, serta menjadi kawasan perekonomian andalan Provinsi Jambi dimasa depan.
Ardy Daud menjelaskan, pembangunan Kawasan Ujung Jabung yang diinisiasi sejak tahun 2010, Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi sudah menyiapkan beberapa dokumen dan kerangka legal, penyusunan masterplan, penetapan Perda Kawasan, pembebasan lahan untuk jalan dan Pelabuhan. Kementerian Perhubungan telah mengalokasikan Rp231 miliar sejak tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2019, namun saat ini pembangunan Pelabuhan terhenti. Kementerian PUPR juga memberikan dukungan dalam pembangunan jalan ke Kawasan Ujung Jabung.
Ardy mengatakan, dukungan pembangunan Jembatan Sungai Rambut sebagai bagian jalan akses menuju Pelabuhan Ujung Jabung juga sangat diharapkan. “Terlebih, kedua kegiatan ini sudah masuk dalam Program Prioritas Nasional dalam RPJMN 2020 – 2024,” ujar Ardy Daud.
Kedua, Pembangunan sub bidang Sumber Daya Air, khususnya lanjutan pembangunan prasarana pengendalian banjur Kota Jambi, berupa pembangunan dan Revitalisasi Drainase Utama Kota Jambi, serta lanjutan revitalisasi Danau Sipin Kota Jambi.
Ketiga, untuk sub bisang Keciptakaryaan, prioritas kegiatan adalah penurunan luasan kawasan kumuh perkotaan Jambi, berupa perbaikan kualitas Kawasan kumuh Danau Sipin Kota Jambi, Pembagunan Sistem Pengolahan Air Limbah Kota Jambi, serta Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum untuk Kebupaten Tebo dan Kabupaten Kerinci.
Keempat, untuk sub bidang perumahan, selain kegiatan rutin Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) dalam rangka meningkatkan jumlah Rumah Layak Huni di seluruh kabupaten/kota, juga untuk merealisasikan pembangunan Rumah Susun Pekerja RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi.
Kelima, untuk sub bidang Kebinamargaan, pembangunan jalan ruas Jambi – Muara Sabak agar dapat dituntaskan sepenuhnya. Selain itu, beberapa ruas jalan nasional lainnya serta beberapa jembatan, serta memohon kiranya beberapa ruas jalan kewenangan provinsi dapat ditingkatkan statusnya menjadi jalan kewenangan nasional, sesuai dengan kondisi terkini dan kebutuhan.
Keenam, untuk sektor transportasi, pengembangan bandara-bandara yang ada di Provinsi Jambi, seperti rencana perpanjangan runway Bandara Sultan Thaha, serta pengembangan dan penambahan fasilitas Bandara Depati Parbo Kerinci dan Bandara Bungo. Selain itu, pembangunan Halte Sungai di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, serta pembangunan dermaga di Danau Kerinci untuk menunjang transportasi dan pariwisata.
Wakil Ketua Komisi V DPR RI yang juga Ketua Tim Rombongan Kunjungan Kerja Komisi V, H.Syarief Abdullah Alkadrie mengatakan, pembangunan infrastruktur dan peningkatan konektivitas sangat berdampak terhadap semua sektor, termasuk untuk membantu ketahanan pangan.
Syarief Abdullah Alkadrie menngemukakan, pembangunan infrastruktur juga untuk membantu penyerapan tenaga kerja ditengah pandemi.
Syarief Abdullah Alkadrie meminta kepada mitra Komisi V DPR RI yang juga ikut dalam kunjungan kerja ini untuk bisa menampung usuan-usulan dari Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi.
Usai pertemuan di Rumah Dinas Gubernur Jambi, Pjs.Gubernur Jambi mendampingi Komisi V DPR RI dan rombongan dalam meninjau Prasarana Pengendali Banjir Kota Jambi di Sungai Tembuku, yang dibangun oleh Kementerian PUPR Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya Air Balai Wilayah Sungai Sumatera VI, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pembangunan jalan ruas Jembatan Batanghari II - Muara Sabak.
Selain itu, Pjs.Gubernur Jambi dan rombongan tim Komisi V DPR RI singgah di Candi Muaro Jambi. Gubernur Jambi Periode 2010 – 2015, H.Hasan Basri Agus (HBA) yang saat ini menjadi anggota Komisi V DPR RI memperkenalkan Candi Muaro Jambi kepada rombongan Komisi V DPR RI, yang pada tahun 2011 telah ditetapkan oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia sebagai Kawasan Wisata Sejarah Budaya Terpadu.
