MERANGIN - Kedapatan menggunakan narkotika jenis sabu, MM (20), wanita, warga Desa Rantau Limau Manis Rt. 10 Kecamatan Tabir Ilir Kabupaten Merangin diamankan Satuan Narkoba Polres Merangin, Kamis (29/10/2020) sekitar jam 00.20 WIB. Penangkapan MM (20) disampaikan Kapolres Merangin AKBP Irwan Andy Purnamawan, S.I.K. melalui Paur Humas Iptu Edih, Senin (2/11). ”Tersangka MM (20) diamankan di Pondok Kebun Dusun Jiran Pelangeh Rt. 05/03 Kelurahan Kampung Baruh Kecamatan Tabir Kabupaten Merangin,” ungkap Iptu Edih. Kronologis penangkapan, pada hari Kamis (15/10/2020) sekitar pukul 10.00 WIB anggota opsnal Sat Resnarkoba Polres Merangin mendapatkan Informasi bahwa Di Pondok Kebun Dusun Jiran Pelangeh Kelurahan Kampung Baruh sering dijadikan transaksi dan mengkonsumsi Narkotika jenis Sabu. Berbekal Informasi tersebut kemudian team melakukan penyelidikan dan pada hari Rabu (28/10/2020) sekiyar jam 23.30 WIN team mendapatkan informasi bahwa di TKP ada orang sedang mengkonsumsi Narkotika dan langsung bergerak melakukan penangkapan kepada tersangka MM pada Kamis dini hari (29/10) sekira jam 00.20 Wib yang mengaku habis mengkonsumsi Narkotika jenis Sabu bersama dengan AM. Selanjutnya Team menuju ke TKP melihat AM sedang duduk dibawah pondok. Melihat kedatangan team, AM langsung melarikan diri dengan membawa Narkotika jenis Shabu miliknya. Saat dilakukan pengejaran, AM berhasil melarikan diri kedalam semak belukar. Kemudian team melakukan penggeledahan dipondok tersebut dan ditemukan seperangkat alat hisab Sabu yang terdapat kaca pirek yang berisikan Narkotika jenis Sabu yang diakui oleh tersangka MM yang dipakainya bersama dengan AM. Adapun Barang Bukti yang diamankan yaitu 1 (satu) buah kaca pirek yang berisikan Shabu dengan Bruto 7,40 gram, 1 (satu) buah kaca pirek kosong, Seperangkat alat hisab/Bong yang terbuat dari botol plastik, 1 (satu) buah korek api gas beserta cerobong, 1 (satu) buah gunting warna pink, dan 1 (satu) buah HP merk Samsung warna biru beserta kartu simnya. “Tersangka selanjutnya di bawa Ke Polres Merangin untuk dilakukan proses hukum lebih lanjut dan dijerat pasal 114 ayat (1), Pasal 112 ayat (1) undang undang Republik Indonesia nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika,“ tandasnya.
