JAMBI - Penjabat sementara (Pjs) Gubernur Jambi, Ir. Restuardy (Ardy) Daud,MSc meninjau pelaksanaan Operasi Zebra 2020 di depan Kantor Satpol PP Provinsi Jambi, Telanaipura, Rabu (4/11/2020). Operasi Zebra 2020 ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan keamanan, keselamatan, ketertiban dan kelancaran lalu lintas serta menekan tingkat penyebaran Covid-19. Untuk itu, keseluruhan rangkaian kegiatan tetap memedomani protokol kesehatan demi penanggulangan penyebaran Covid-19.
Dalam peninjauan tersebut, Pjs Gubernur Jambi berdialog dengan tim lapangan dari TNI/POLRI dan Satpol PP Provinsi Jambi yang dipimpin Kasubdit Kamsel Ditlantas Polda Jambi AKBP Wan Agus Hendra, dan Plt Kasatpol PP Provinsi Jambi Apani.
Ardy Daud memberi arahan kepada masyarakat yang kedapatan melanggar peraturan lalu lintas dan protokol kesehatan seperti tidak memakai masker. Kepada para pelanggar tersebut, Ardy Daud menegaskan pentingnya mematuhi peraturan lalu lintas dan menaati protokol kesehatan.
“Kegiatan ini dilakukan setiap hari dan akan terus kita lakukan. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan gabungan dari Polda/TNI, Satpol PP Provinsi dan Kota Jambi. Kegaitan ini akan terus kita lakukan untuk mendorong kesadaran akan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Hari ini, kita melakukan operasi di Pasar Aur Duri dan ini juga berlangsung pararel, setelah ini Satpol PP akan melakukan hal yang sama untuk patroli malam. Melalui kesempatan ini, saya mengimbau mari kita jaga protokol kesehatan, dengan cara ini kita dapat memutus penyebaran Covid-19, sehingga kita dapat melaksanakan kegiatan kita dengan normal,” ujar Ardy Daud.
Sementara itu, Kasubdit Kamsel Ditlantas Polda Jambi AKBP Wan Agus Hendra dalam wawancara menyatakan bahwa Operasi Zebra dimulai dari tanggal 26 Oktober sampai 8 November 2020. Target operasinya adalah pelanggar lalu lintas dan penegakan disiplin protokol kesehatan (Prokes). AKBP Wan Agus juga mengimbau warga dan pengguna jalan untuk selalu mematuhi protokol kesehatan.
"Mulai tanggal 26 Oktober sampai 8 November 2020 kita melakukan Operasi Zebra, operasi zebra tahun ini ada yang berbeda dari tahun-tahun sebelumya, tahun sebelumnya kita melakukan penindakan, tapi kalau sekarang kita melaksanakan penegakan disiplin protokol kesehatan Covid-19. Dengan operasi gabungan ini kita harapkan penyebaran Covid-19 dapat terputus. Kami mengimbau agar masyarakat menerapakan protokol kesehatan. Bagi para pelanggar protokol kesehatan kita bagikan masker, bagi para pengguna jalan yang melanggar tidak pakai helm ataupun masker kita imbau untuk menaati peraturan,” kata Wan Agus.
Wan Agus Hendra menyatakan bahwa sejak digelarnya operasi zebra, sudah terpantau 120 pelanggaran. “Paling banyak pelanggaran seperti lupa bawa helm, lupa bawa masker. Dengan operasi ini, kita berharap kedepannya masyarakat akan sadar. Kami mengedepankan humanis dan persuasif dalam melaksanakan operasi ini, dan memberikan sanksi sosial seperti menyapu, mengucapkan Pancasila, sanksi yang kami berikan tidak mencelakai pelanggar tersebut. Intinya kami berharap kita semua tidak menyepelekan Korona, patuhi peraturan protokol kesehatan, selalu cuci tangan, jaga jarak, jauhi keramaian, dan selalu pakai masker untuk tidak menularkan dan ditularkan,” jelas Wan Agus Hendra.
