"Kondisi penyelenggaraan pilkada serentak tahun ini sangat berbeda jauh dengan pemilihan pemilihan sebelumnya, dimana kita melaksanakan pilkada ditengah wabah covid-19 yang masih melanda negeri ini. Kondisi seperti ini tentunya memerlukan dukungan dari semua pihak termasuk pemerintah daerah dalam menyelenggarakan pilkada serentak," ujar Ardy Daud.
Ardy Daud mengemukakan, ada beberapa rangkaian kegiatan yang memerlukan mobilisasi besar seperti pendistribusian logistik ke daerah daerah dan tes kesehatan kepada petugas KPPS. Pemerintah daerah juga harus aktif dalam melakukan sosialisasi terkait tata laksana pada saat pemungutan suara, harus sesuai dengan standar protokol kesehatan covid-19 yang telah ditetapkan.
Selanjutnya, Ardy Daud mengungkapkan, dalam hal pencegahan dan penanganan covid-19 yang masih melanda Provinsi Jambi sangat membutuhkan dukungan bersama karena pasien positif covid-19 setiap harinya bertambah. Hal ini tentu harus diimbangi dengan aspek penanganan covid-19 yang lebih intensif lagi kepada pasien positif covid-19, baik itu yang ada gejala maupun tanpa gejala.
"Ada 3 kunci penting dalam upaya penanganan covid-19, yaitu: lebih memperbanyak kapasitas tes secara masal kepada masyarakat, melakukan tracking atau pelacakan lebih intensif dan yang terakhir adalah melakukan perawatan terhadap pasien positif covid-19, baik pasien yang memiliki gejala maupun pasien yang tanpa gejala," ungkap Ardy Daud.
Ardy juga mengingatkan kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Sarolangun untuk lebih meningkatkan kewaspadaan dalam menghadapi bencana hidrometeorologi, mengingat saat ini curah hujan sudah mulai meningkat sampai nanti pada awal tahun, karena Kabupaten Sarolangun memiliki beberapa titik yang rawan akan banjir dan tanah longsor.
Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Bupati Sarolangun, H.Hilalatil Badri menyampaikan apresiasi kepada Pjs.Gubernur Jambi yang telah hadir di Kabupaten Sarolangun dalam rangka rakor terkait pelaksanaan pilkada serentak tahun 2020 dan penanganan pandemi covid-19. "Semoga kehadiran Bapak dapat lebih memotivasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Sarolangun dalam melaksanakan pilkada serentak dan menangani pandemi covid-19 di Kabupaten Sarolangun," kata Hilal.
Hilal melaporkan, Pemerintah Kabupaten Sarolangun telah dilakukan rapat pleno terbuka rekapitulasi penetapan daftar pemilih sementara dari 10 Kecamatan, 9 Kelurahan dan 149 Desa dengan jumlah daftar pemilih sementara sebanyak 199.537 orang yang nantinya akan disahkan menjadi daftar pemilih tetap untu. "Kita juga memberikan pembekalan kepada petugas KPPS dalam melaksanakan tahapan pemilu sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan covid-19 yang telah ditetapkan," tambah Hilal.
Hilal juga melaporkan terkait pencegahan dan penanganan covid-19 di Kabupaten Sarolangun, antara lain: Pemerintah Kabupaten Sarolangun telah mendirikan posko posko pengamanan penanganan covid-19, baik itu posko call center, posko gugus tugas maupun posko tim medis covid-19 di daerah perbatasan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Sarolangun juga telah memberikan Jaring Pengaman Sosial (JPS) kepada masyarakat yang terkena dampak langsung covid-19 melalui APBD Kabupaten Sarolangun berupa beras sebanyak 20 kg setiap bulannya.
