BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Setelah empat hari tenggelam di sungai Batanghari, akhirnya jenazah Nyilat (20) tahun, warga Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) ditemukan.
Informasi yang diperoleh menyebutkan, jenazah Nyilat ditemukan sekitar 10 Km dari lokasi kejadian. Korban tenggelam pada Kamis 26 November 2020 pada pukul 09.00 Wib. Korban terjatuh dari ketek penyeberangan yang di tumpangi nya.
Kapolsek Maro Sebo Ulu, AKP Heri Triyanto, kepada media, Minggu (29/11/2020) membenarkan penemuan jenazah warga SAD. Kata dia, korban ditemukan pada pukul 06.00 wib dalam keadaan meninggal dunia. “Jam 06.00 wib tadi, dan telah meninggal dunia,” ujarnya.
Korban telah dievakuasi menggunakan speedboot dan di bawa ke Puskesmas Sungai Rengas untuk dilakukan visum. “Korban rencana akan di makamkan di TPU di desa Rawa Mekar Kecamtan Maro Sebo Ulu,” bebernya.
Selanjutnya Kapolsek menghimbau kepada seluruh masyarakat agar tetap berhati- hati apabila menyebrang sungai agar kejadian serupa tidak terjadi.
“Agar kejadian serupa tidak terjadi maka dari itu penumpang ketek agar tetap berhati- hati dan tidak lalai. Mengingat sekarang musim penghujan dan permukaan Sungai Batangahari mulai naik,” himbaunya.
Untuk diketahui Nyilat yang tenggelam di aliran sungai Batanghari tepatnya di Rt.08 Kelurahan Simpang Sungai Rengas Kecamtan Maro Sebo Ulu Kabupaten Batanghari tersebut merupakan SAD berumur 20 tahun yang berjenis kelamin laki- laki.
Korban beralamat di Dusun Brumbung Bandung III desa Padang Kelapo Kecamgan Maro Sebo Ulu. Kala itu, Nyilat bersama sang kakak ipar tengah menaiki ketek milik Dahril untuk menyebrang sungai Batanghari. Kala itu Nyilat yang duduk di bagian belakang sembari bermain handphone tiba- tiba jatuh ke sungai dan tenggelam.
