MERANGIN - Hari pertama masuk kerja diawal tahun 2021, Bupati Merangin H Al Haris langsung menggelar rapat evaluasi kinerja Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), di ruang rapat kerja Bupati Merangin, Senin (04/01).

Pada rapat yang dihadiri seluruh pimpinan OPD di jajaran Pemkab Merangin tersebut, masing-masing pimpinan OPD diminta bupati menyampaikan berbagai kendala yang dihadapi dan capaian kinerja pada 2020.

‘’Berbagai capaian kinerja 2020 itu, akan menjadi modal bagi kita untuk melangkah di tahun 2021 ini. Sedangkan berbagai kendala yang terjadi, harus cepat dicari solusi penuntasannya, sehingga tidak berlarut-larut,’’ ujar Bupati.

Pada akhir 2020 lanjut bupati, Merangin meraih penghargaan Innovative Government Award (IGA) 2020, kategori ‘Kabupaten Sangat Inovatif’ dari Kementrian Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia (Kemendagri).

‘’Alhamdulillah dengan diaraihnya penghargaan tersebut, dana Dana Insentif Daerah (DID) kita jadi bertambah. Hanya lima kabupaten/kota di Indonesia yang mendapatkan penghargaan IGA 2020 tersebut,’’ terang Bupati.

Kedepan tegas bupati, perlu pelatihan lagi bagi OPD dan perangkat desa, agar mereka bisa mengemas inoviasi-inovasi daerahm, sehingga akan semakin banyak membuat inovasi untuk memajukan daerah, yang dimulai dari bawah.

Ketika memimpin jalannya rapat tersebut, bupati juga mengevaluasi kinerja Satgas Covid-19 Kabupaten Merangin. Untuk pendidikan tahun ajaran semester dua yang dimulai Senin (04/01),  daerah-daerah zona berbahaya tetap daring.

‘’Tolong nanti Dikbud dan Dinkes pantau sekolah-sekolah, nanti bila sudah zona hijau kita perbolehkan sekolah-sekolah menggelar proses pendidikan secara tatap muka,’’ terang Bupati.

Untuk saat ini jelas bupati, Merangin masih zona kuning, berbagai langkah pencegahan dan pemutusan matarantai Covid-19 harus terus dilakukan, sehingga Merangin bisa kembali ke zona hijau.

Sebanyak 24 orang pasien Covid-19 sekarang sedang isolasi di Rumah Sakit Kol Abundjani Bangko. Ada satu orang diinfus dan 25 orang melakukan isolasi mandiri di rumahnya masing-masing.

‘’Mereka yang melakukan isolasi mandiri terus didata dan dipantau, jangan ada yang keluyuran. Saya minta masyarakat lebih meningkatkan kesadaraannya mematuhi protokol kesehatan, agar matarantai Covid-19 benar-benar terputus,’’ pinta Bupati.

Pada Januari 2021 ini terang bupati, kapsul vaksin Covid-19  akan masuk. Sekarang sedang dilakukan pendataan untuk yang menerima vaksin tersebut. Untuk Satgas Covid-19 Merangin  agar terus menjalankan aktivitasnya.

Sedangkan untuk pelaksanaan Pilkades Serentak 2020 di 10 desa dalam delapan kecamatan di Merangin telah berlangsung sukses, mudah-mudahan Februari 2021 sudah dilantik. Hanya ada satu desa yang masuk laporan gugatan, yaitu Desa Benteng Pangkalan Jambu.

Sementara itu terkait perekaman E-KTP, berdasarkan data dari Dukcapil Merangin, yang sudah lemakukan perekaman E-KTP sudah mencapai 103% sudah lebih dari target. Masih ada sekitar 2.500 orang yang sudah direkam, tapi KTP-nya belum jadi.
