Muarojambi dan Polsek Mestong amankan dua truk bermuatan minyak tanpa dilengkapi dokumen yang sah pada Jumat (15/01) pukul 17.35 wib.
Selain mengamankan dua truk tersebut, aparat juga mengamankan dua sopir pengemudi truk ke Mapolres Muarojambi.
Kapolres Muaro Jambi AKBP Ardiyanto SiK MH melalui Kasubag Humas AKP. Amradi. SE. menyampaikan jajaran Polres Muarojambi kembali mengamankan dua truk bermuatan minyak tanpa dokumen sah beserta dua orang pelakunya.
Pelaku yang diamankan
1. *SUJONO Bin DAIM (Alm)*, 45 tahun, laki-laki, Islam, Sopir, Alamat RT.30 Desa Talang Belido Kec. Sungai Gelam Kab. Muaro Jambi.
2. M JAMIL Bin BUSTAMI*, 42 tahun, laki-laki, Islam, Sopir, Alamat Desa Ranto Majo Kec. Sekernan Kab. Muaro Jambi.
Truk yang mengamankan
1 (satu) unit mobil Truck Canter warna Kuning dengan No Pol : BH 8348 ZU . Bermuatan minyak tanah -/+10.000Liter
1 unit truk Box PS 100 nopol B 9144 WQO dengan muatan minyak tanah -+ 9 RB liter
Jumlah minyak 19 ribu liter
Lokasi penangkapan di Jl Lintas Jambi-Palembang Km.40 Rt.04 Desa Suka Damai Kec. Mestong Kab. Muaro Jambi. Ungkap Amradi
"Para pelaku mengangkut minyak tanah ilegal yang berasal dari Desa Bedeng Arang, Kecamatan Bayung Lincir, Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Sumsel.
Kasubag Humas AKP Amradi menjelaskan, setiap orang yang meniru atau memalsukan bahan bakar minyak dan gas bumi dan hasil olahan bahan bakar minyak serta hasil olahan tertentu yang dipasarkan didalam negeri untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat wajib memenuhi standar dan mutu yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah atau Setiap orang yang melakukan pengangkutan minyak bumi tanpa izin usaha pengangkutan atau barang siapa yg mengangkut sesuatu benda yg patut diduga berasal dr hasil kejahatan dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 4 (empat) tahun dan denda
paling tinggi Rp40.000.000.000,00 (empat puluh miliar rupiah)."
