‘’Saya pikir ini kedepannya sangat baik sekali. Kita ketahui jabatan strukral itu jumlahnya sedikit, sementara golongan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) untuk menduduki jabatan itu cukup banyak. Kemampuan mereka juga agak mirip-mirip,’’ ujar Bupati.

Ada sebanyak 21 orang pejabat fungsional yang dilantik bupati. Dari 21 orang tersebut, sebanyak 18  orang ditempatkan di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Merangin dan dua orang lagi di OPD lain.

Sebanyak 21 orang pejabat fungsional tesebut, Satria Efendi, SH, MH sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Madya, Joko Purwanto, SE sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Muda, August Joko Sutrisno, S.T, M.A.P sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Muda.

Selain itu, Dian Damayanti, S.Kom sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Muda, Herlina, S.Pd sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Muda, Custi Eli Septeiani, S.Kom sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Muda.

Disamping itu, Arizona, S.Kom sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Muda, Rusi Oktavia, ST sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Muda, Irhayu Musfiroh, S.Kom sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Muda, Yusnawati, SE sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Pertama.

Tidak hanya itu, Tegar Arya Manggala, S.IP sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Pertama, Yesi Refina Lisya Dwi Sasmi, S.STP, M.Tr.I.P sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Pertama, Marissa Yuliani, S.STP sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Pertama.

Turut juga dilantik, Dian Febrianti, A.Md sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Pelaksana Lanjutan, Hadi Agustian, A.Md sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Pelaksana Lanjutan, Dwi Anto, A.Md sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Pelaksana Lanjutan.

Tampak juga di barisan pejabat yang dilantik, Budiansyah sabagai Analis Kepegawaian Pelaksana Lanjutan, Hartanto sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Pelaksana, David Reinaldo sebagai Analis Kepegawaian Pelaksana.

Sedangkan diurutan ke-20 tampak dilantik Dwi Retno Wijayanti, SH sebagai Perancang peraturan perundang-undangan dan terakhir, Noprizal, SH sebagai Perancang peraturan perundang-undangan.
