JAMBI-Wakil Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi Rocky Candra kembali mendapat vaksinasi yang kedua, Sabtu (30/1/2021), kali dilaksanaan suntik Vaksin COVID-19 di Puskesmas Tanjung Pinang , Kecamatan Jambi Timur, Kota Jambi, sebelumnya vaksin pertama di Rumah Dinas Gubernur Jambi.
"Saya Sudah Divaksin Dua Kali, saya ingin menyampaikan kepada masyarakat Jambi bahwa bahwa vaksin aman," katanya.
Waka Rocky juga menyampaikan pada tahap pertama selama dua minggu ia tidak pernah mendapat gejala apapun, semuanya baik-baik saja, dan yang kedua suntik vaksin ini tidak ada reaksi apa-apa.
"Mudah-mudahan kedepan baik-baik saja, dan juga saya minta mari kita sukseskan program pemerintah vaksinasi Covid-19 ini dan tetap jaga kesehatan serta tetap jalankan aspek kehidupan dengan aman, iman, dan imun. ,"katanya.
Waka DPRD Rocky Candra menyampaikan pesan kepada tenaga medis merupakan gerda terdepan tetap jaga kesehatan dan tetap semangat dalam menjalani tugas ini.
Ia juga menghimbau kepada masyarakat tidak terprovokasi dengan informasi dan pemberitaan yang menakutkan tentang vaksin Covid-19.
"Jadi jangan terlalu percaya berita berita yang menakutkan dan bikin seram-seram yang berseliweran," ucapnya.
Meski vaksinasi telah dimulai, ia meminta masyarakat tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan seperti mencuci tangan, memakai masker, menjaga jarak, menjauhi kerumunan, dan membatasi interaksi.
"Setelah vaksin COVID-19 tahap I dan II biasa saja, bukan berarti kita abai terhadap protokol kesehatan setelah divaksin, seakan akan sudah merdeka. Tetapi betul-betul tetap menjalankan 5M harus dilakukan," ucapnya.
Rocky juga mengingatkan, vaksinasi tak membuat masyarakat kebal terhadap Covid-19. Masyarakat harus tetap menjaga kesehatan agar tak mudah terserang virus.
"Kalau badan kita tidak fit, walaupun sudah divaksin, bisa saja kita terserang dan kena virus lagi. Tapi kalau sudah divaksin walaupun terkena virus, dampaknya tidak seberat yang belum divaksin,"imbuhnya (*)
