JAMBI - Penjabat Gubernur Jambi Dr. Hari Nur Cahya Murni, M.Si melantik dua Bupati terpilih hasil Pilkada 2020 yaitu Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Batanghari dan Tanjung Jabung Barat dengan protokol kesehatan yang sangat ketat.
Hal itu terlihat dari proses pelantikan yang hanya dibatasi 25 orang dalam gedung Auditorium Rumah Dinas Gubernur Jambi, Jumat (26/2). Bagi keluarga maupun pendukung Bupati terpilih serta tamu lain, hadir secara hybrid dan masing-masing daerah dapat menyaksikan melalui live streaming di tempat masing-masing tanpa harus menghadiri secara fisik.
"Hanya ada bupati dan wakilnya beserta keluarga inti kepala daerah yang akan dilantik," ungkap Pj Gubernur Jambi.
Meski ditengah keprihatinan bangsa ini akibat pandemi Covid-19, Pj Gubernur Jambi mengatakan, hal tersebut tidak boleh menyurutkan semangat untuk terus beraktivitas dan berkarya, dengan tetap menerapkan Protokol Kesehatan.
"Saya mengajak kita semua untuk sama-sama mendoakan agar Covid-19 ini segera berlalu," ujar Pj Gubernur Jambi.
Dengan pelantikan ini, Pj Gubernur Jambi berharap kontestasi politik yang telah lalu telah berakhir. Sekarang lanjutnya, saatnya semua komponen bersatu untuk membangun daerah masing-masing.
"Saya minta bupati dan wakil bupati yang dilantik menjalankan segala Undang-Undang dan Peraturannya dengan selurus-lurusnya, serta berbakti kepada masyarakat serta nusa dan bangsa," tambahnya.
Selain itu, Pj Gubernur Jambi juga menekankan, pentingnya Kepala Daerah (KDH) terpilih untuk meningkatkan sinergi dengan Forkopimda Kabupaten dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan, untuk memadukan program pembangunan di kabupaten, juga melibatkan tokoh agama, tokoh adat, dan pemuda dalam menjalankan program pemerintahan.
"KDH terpilih bersama DPRD menetapkan Perda tentang RPJMD paling lambat 6 bulan setelah pelantikan hari ini, sebagaimana amanat Pasal 264 UU No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah. Penyusunan RPJMD didahului dengan KLHS dan mempedomani RTRW," urainya.
Pj Gubernur juga meminta kepada KDH yang dilantik mempedomani hasil Rakortekrenbang yang pembukaannya telah dilakukan pada tanggal 25 Februari 2021.
Dalam rangka proses belajar mengajar, sambung Pj Gubernur, kiranya KDH terpilih mempedomani SKB 4 Menteri (Mendikbud, Menag, Menkes dan Mendagri) tentang Panduan Penyelenggaraan Pembelajaran Pada Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 Dan Tahun Akademik 2020/2021 di Masa Pandemi Covid-19.
Ibu Nunung berpesan kepada KDH terpilih juga memperhatikan penanganan Kebakaran Hutan dan Lahan (Karhutla) terutama pada aspek pencegahan bersama dengan Forkopimda serta pencemaran lingkungan baik pencemaran udara, air dan tanah untuk dilakukan penanganan yang terkoordinasi.
"Terkait isu stunting diminta kepada Bupati dan Wakil Bupati dalam upaya penurunan stunting melibatkan seluruh Steakholders termasuk PKK, mengingat salah satu pendekatan strategis menurunkan stunting adalah melalui keluarga. Data menunjukan bahwa Kabupaten Batanghari prevalensi stuntingnya 27,2% dan Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat 20,3%," tukasnya.
Ibu Nunung juga berharap kepada Bupati dan Wakil Bupati yang baru saja dilantik, melakukan terobosan dan akselerasi pembangunan untuk kemajuan daerah dengan tetap memedomani peraturan perundang-undangan.
Ibu Nunung yang juga Dirjen Bina Pembangunan Daerah Kemendagri itu juga mendorong KDH terpilih untuk mensukseskan program vaksinasi nasional.
"Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi menerima distribusi 7.070 vial vaksin Covid-19 atau 70.700 dosis tahap II dari Pemerintah Pusat, Rabu (24/2)," ungkapnya.
Terakhir, Pj Gubernur Jambi menyampaikan selamat kepada KDH terpilih.
