Pelantikan sembilan dari sepuluh orang kepala desa terpilih merupakan hasil pemilihan kepala desa (Pilkades) serentak yang dilaksanakan pada Selasa 29 Desember 2020 lalu.

Pada Pilkades serentak yang digelar penghujung tahun lalu diikuti 10 desa di Kabupaten Merangin, namun satu kades terpilih diantaranya tidak jadi di lantik karena terlebih dahulu mengundurkan diri.

Kades terpilih yang mengundurkan diri yakni Hazim, Kades terpilih Desa Tunggul Bulin Kecamatan Tabir Ilir. Hazim mengundurkan diri sejak di tetapkan sebagai tersangka pengguna ijazah palsu dan saat ini di tahan di Mapolres Merangin.

Berikut sembilan Kades terpilih periode 2021-2027 yang resmi di lantik Bupati Merangin Dr. H. Al Haris, S.Sos, MH antara lain

Dalam Sambutannya, Bupati Merangin, Al Haris mengucapkan selamat kepada Kades yang baru di lantik dan ucapan terima kasih kepada Pejabat Kades.

“Jabatan kades bukanlah jabatan yang enak, jika niat ingin yang enakitu salah besar. Setelah dilantik ini, masyarakat sudah menunggu Bapak Kades untuk membangun desa, harus siap siang dan malam,” ujar Bupati.

“Tunjukan amanah itu dan emban dengan sebaik-baiknya, sekecil apapun amanah itu semoga dapat membuka pintu surga, dan sebesar apapun amanah jika tidak di manfaatkan, itu akan membuka pintu neraka,” lanjutnya.

Tampak hadir pada proses pelantikan ini, Forkopimda, Kadis PMD Andrie Fransusman serta para camat beserta istri dari tujuh kecamatan yang di wilayahnya menyelenggarakan Pilkades.

Acara di lanjutkan dengan pengukuhan Ketua PKK tingkat Desa oleh Ketua PKK Kabupaten Merangin Hj. Hesnidar yang merupakan isteri Bupati Merangin.
