JAMBI - Wakil Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Rocky Candra menerima kunjungan perdana Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Jambi, Hari Nur Cahya Murni yang baru tiba di Jambi pascadilantik Mendagri, Kamis (18/2) kemarin.
Sebelum tiba di gedung DPRD, Penjabat Gubernur Jambi itu sebelumnya sowan ke Korem 042/Gapu dan Kejati Jambi. Di gedung DPRD, Wakil Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi Rocky Candra menyambut Pj Gubernur di ruang kerjanya.
Usai pertemuan, Rocky mengatakan banyak berbincang-bincang bersama Pj Gubernur. Salah satunya tentang konsep-konsep terkait administrasi di pemerintah Provinsi Jambi.
"Dan juga tadi saya sampaikan kepada beliau, memang untuk mendukung program-program yang sedang digencarkan oleh Kapolda Jambi seperti ilegal driling dan penambangan emas liar juga harus ada peran pemerintah, dalam hal membantu masyarakat di bidang perekonomian," kata Rocky.
Kemudia terkait COVID-19, Rocky minta pemerintah untuk lebih ketat lagi dan juga penanganan-penanganan. "Kemudian terkait pendidikan, bagaimana sinergi antara pemerintah pusat dengan Kementerian Pendidikan, agar pendidikan di Provinsi Jambi bisa berjalan lebih baik lagi," ujarnya.
Rocky berharap dengan waktu yang singkat ini, Pj Gubernur bisa memanfaatkan waktu dan segala kemampuannya untuk membangun Provinsi Jambi agar lebih baik lagi.(*)
