Estimasi Anggaran Pilkades Serentak di Batanghari Rp 6,4 Milyar

MUARA BULIAN - Masa jabatan kepala desa (Kades) di kabupaten Batanghari banyak yang sudah berakhir. Bahkan, sebagian sudah ada yang berakhir sejak tahun lalu dan saat ini pemerintahan desa dijabat oleh Penjabat (Pj) Kades.
Di Batanghari sendiri saat ini ada 62 desa yang akan melaksanakan pemilihan kepala desa (Pilkades) Serentak dengan sistem e-Votting.
Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (PMD) kabupaten Batanghari, Arif Budiman melalui Edhy Hardjito, SH selaku Kabid Pemdes mengatakan , estimasi anggaran Pilkades Serentak di Batanghari nanti mencapai Rp 6,4 milyar untuk delapan Kecamatan yang ada.
“Estimasi total anggaran untuk kebutuhan pilkades 62 desa di Batanghari mencapai Rp 6,4 milyar. Biaya pilkades ini ditanggung APBD Kabupaten,” katanya pada Selasa (23/2/2021).
Edhy mengaku, untuk jadwal pelaksanaan pilkades 62 desa di Batanghari saat ini masih menunggu jumlah anggaran pilkades. ”Anggaran belum ditetapkan, jadi saat ini kita belum bisa menentukan jadwal pelaksanaannya. Jika anggaran pilkades sudah ditetapkan, baru kita proses penetapan jadwal pelaksanaannya,” jelas dia.
Menurut Edhy, anggaran pilkades menyesuaikan kebutuhan desa.
Sebelumnya Kadis PMD Batanghari, M. Arif Budiman, menginfomasikan bahwa Pilkades secara serentak yang akan di ikuti sebanyak 62 desa sepertinya bakal mengalami penundaan yang telah dijadwalkan pada akhir Maret ini.
“Anggaran yang tersedia hanya cukup dilaksanakan pilkades dengan cara e-voting. Aturan saat ini kan mengatakan pelaksanaan harus selesai dalam satu hari, sedangkan anggaran hanya cukup dilaksanakan jika menggunakan e-voting dan jika pelaksanaan secara e-voting perangkat kita tidak memadai,” kata Arif.
Arif menjelaskan, hampir setiap desa menginginkan pelaksanaan Pilkades serentak secara manual, tentunya ini berdampak pada anggaran yang telah dianggarkan.
“Jika pelaksanaan Pilkades secara manual dan tetap mengikuti prokes otomatis anggaran yang ada kurang, karena pasti butuh surat suara, TPS dan Honor KPPS juga harus ada,” sebutnya.
Arif menambahkan, dalam Permendagri juga berbunyi setiap TPS paling banyak 500 pemilih, dan otomatis itu akan menambah TPS dan KPPS secara otomatis honor KPPS juga bertambah. “ Kita usulkan di Perubahan APBD tahun anggaran 2021, karena anggaran tidak cukup, ” pungkasnya.
