MUAROJAMBI - Jajaran Polsek Jaluko menangkap tiga orang tersangka dari komplotan spesialis Curanmor yang kerap meresahkan masyarakat. Ketiga tersangka itu, yakni LG (39) warga Sumatera Selatan, PG (31) dan RD (36) warga Kabupaten Tebo. Sedangkan dua orang rekannya menjadi buron alias DPO Polisi.
Kapolres Muarojambi, AKBP Ardiyanto menjelaskan, penangkapan tiga tersangka dilakukan Polsek Jaluko pada Minggu (28/2/2021) lalu di wilayah Polres Muaro Jambi.
“Kami masih menyelidiki dibelakang mereka bertiga ini, karena berdasarkan hasil penyidikan bahwa ada tersangka juga yang ditetapkan sebagai DPO sebanyak 2 orang. Informasinya kedua orang ini salah satunya memiliki senjata api,” kata Ardiyanto dalam keterangan pers, di Mapolsek Jaluko, Kamis (4/3/2021).
Katanya, ketiga tersangka tersebut diringkus polisi di jalan Nes, Kecamatan Jaluko, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Mereka ditangkap usai menjalankan aksinya.
Berdasarkan pengakuan tersangka, lanjut Ardiyanto, kelompok curanmor ini telah beraksi lebih dari 10 TKP.
“Barang buktinya saat ini yang ada di Polsek jaluko sebanyak 4 unit kendaraan sepeda motor. Ada juga yang ada di Lingau, Tebo, dan saat ini sedang dalam pengembangan,” kata Ardiyanto.
Adapun modus yang dilakukan para kelompok ini, menurut Ardiyanto, para tersangka menjalankan aksinya dengan mengambil barang di rumah korban, kemudian disembunyikan di semak-semak. Setelah dinilai aman, kendaraan tersebut didatangi pada esokan harinya.
Sedangkan saat dilakukan penangkapan, kata Ardiyanto, para tersangka melakukan perlawanan dan mencoba melarikan diri. Akhirnya, petugas terpaksa melakukan tindakan tegas dan terukur, yakni menembak ketiga kaki tersangka.

Para tersangka kini dijerat dengan pasal 363 KUHPidana dengan ancaman diatas lima tahun penjara.
