BATANGHARINEWS.COM – Rabu (10/3/2021) Menteri Sosial RI, Tri Rismaharini, berkunjung ke Batanghari. Tujuan utama Menteri Sosial ke Batanghari yakni ke desa Jelutih, kecamatan Batin XXIV, kabupaten Batanghari.
Kedatangan Menteri Sosial beserta rombongan ke lokasi tersebut, disambut oleh Bupati Batanghari, Muhammad Fadhil Arief, SE.
Kunjungan Mensos ini tidak lain untuk melihat langsung kegiatan pendataan penduduk atau pemenuhan hak-hak Sipil bagi Suku Anak Dalam (SAD), di lokasi pemberdayaan komunitas adat terpencil (KAT).
Menteri Sosial Ibu Tri Rismaharini, juga meninjau langsung proses perekaman dan menyerahkan hasil perekaman NIK dan E-KTP, serta mengunjungi hunian Asli Suku Anak Dalam (SAD)/Sudung.
Dilokasi Wakil Temenggung desa Sungai Terap, Ngelambu mengatakan, jika kegiatan hari ini agendanya akan membuat E-KTP ke Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Batanghari. Ia datang langsung ke Desa Jelutih.
Dalam pembuatan E-KTP tersebut ada sekitar 400 orang warga SAD yang diundang. Kami sangat berterimakasih atas adanya kedatangan Menteri Sosial ke Batanghari, karena sudah mau memperhatikan Suku Anak Dalam, baik dalam pemberian bantuan bahkan sudah peduli untuk melihat langsung proses perekaman yang mereka lakukan,” ujar Wakil Temenggung, Ngelambu.
Kata Ngelambu, dirinya bersama Anak Suku Dalam lainnya berkeinginan terus agar Pemerintah selalu perduli terhadap masyarakatnya, terutama untuk warga SAD yang ada saat ini.
“Untuk rajo yang baru (Bupati-red) kami berharapa selalu dekat dengan masyarakat, terutama kepada SAD yang ada, juga lebih peduli lagi, baik dari segi kesehatan, pendidikan dan lain-lainnya,” harapnya.
Ngelambu, juga berharap kepada Menteri Sosial dapat melakukan hal sama seperti ini, agar dapat mensejahterakan masyarakat.
“Harapan kita untuk Menteri Sosial, sama dengan harapan kita kepada Rajo baru (Bupati-red) untuk selalu dekat dengan masyarakat, terutama masyarakat SAD,” ujarnya.
Acara tersebut juga dihadiri oleh, Pj Gubernur Jambi Dr. Hari Nuh Cahya Murni, Kapolda Jambi, Kejati Jambi, Danrem 042 Garuda Putih Jambi, Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Edi Purwanto beserta tamu undangan lainnya. Diakhir acara terlihat Menteri Sosial juga memberikan bantuan sosial untuk para Suku SAD seperti Komputer dan bahan kebutuhan lainnya.
