JAMBI – Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Jambi Dr.Hari Nur Cahya Murni,M.Si menegaskan bahwa Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) baik Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) mapun Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT), lingkup Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota se Provinsi Jambi dan ASN intansi vertikal di Provinsi Jambi, harus menjaga netralitas dalam Pemungutan Suara Ulang (PSU) Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Jambi Tahun 2021. Hal tersebut disampaikan Pj.Gubernur Jambi dalam Apel Penyerahan Secara Simbolis Petikan SK Kenaikan Pangkat PNS Golongan IV/B Kebawah dan Ikrar Netralitas ASN Dalam PSU Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Jambi Pada Tahun 2021, yang berlangsung di Lapangan Dalam Kantor Gubernur Jambi, Kamis (1/4/2021) pagi.
Pj.Gubernur Jambi mengatakan, sehubungan dengan Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Republik Indonesia Nomor 130/PHP-GUB-XIX/2021 tentang Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Provinsi Jambi, dengan Amar Putusan memerintahkan untuk melakukan Pemungutan Suara Ulang (PSU) di 88 TPS.
Selanjutnya, Pj.Gubernur Jambi menuturkan, berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 tentang Disipilin Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Pasal 4 ayat 15 bahwa setiap PNS dilarang memberikan dukungan kepada calon Kepala Daerah/Wakil Kepala Daerah dengan cara:
a. Terlibat dalam kegiatan kampanye untuk mendukung Calon Kepala Daerah/Wakil Kepala Daerah
b. Menggunakan fasilitas yang terkait dengan jabatan dalam kegiatan kampanye
c. Membuat keputusan dan/atau tindakan yang menguntungkan atau merugikan salah satu pasangan calon selama masa kampanye
d. Mengadakan kegiatan yang mengarah kepada keberpihakan terhadap pasangan calon yang menjadi peserta pemilu sebelum, selama, dan sesudah masa kampanye meliputi pertemuan, ajakan, himbauan, seruan, atau pemberian barang kepada PNS dalam lingkungan unit kerjanya, anggota keluarga dan masyarakat.
“Saya menegaskan agar seluruh ASN baik PNS maupun Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT), lingkup Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota se Provinsi Jambi dan ASN intansi vertikal di Provinsi Jambi, harus menjaga netralitas dalam Pemungutan Suara Ulang Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Jambi Tahun 2021. Saya minta seluruh PNS dan PTT untuk mengindahkan semua peraturan perundang-undangan dan ketentuan yang berlaku terkait Pemilihan Kepala Daerah,” ujar Hari Nur Cahya Murni.
Kepada PNS dan PTT yang terbukti melakukan pelanggaran terhadap netralitas ASN dalam Pemungutan Suara Ulang Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Jambi Tahun 2021 ini, sPj.Gubernur Jambi minta BKD untuk memberikan sanksi yang tegas, sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.
“ASN juga harus turut berkontribusi terhadap terwujudnya suasana yang kondusif demi terselenggaranya Pemilihan Kepala Daerah dengan jujur, adil, lancar, aman, dan damai,” ungkap Pj.Gubernur Jambi.
Dalam apel yang diikuti oleh pejabat terkait dari Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota se Provinsi Jambi tersebut, diserahkan petikan SK Kenaikan Pangkat Goolongan IV/b ke bawah lingkup Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota se Provinsi Jambi periode 1 April 2021. Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jambi, H.Sudirman,SH,MH melaporkan, ada 727 orang PNS lingkup Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi, dan 473 orang PNS lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota se Provinsi Jambi yang diberikan Petikan SK Kenaikan Pangkat.
