MUAROJAMBI - Anggota DPRD Muarojambi Fraksi Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) Dapil Mestong -Sungai Bahar, Robinson Sirait perjuangkan ratusan sertifikat kebun warga Bahar Grup yang masih berada di PTPN 6 selama puluhan tahun.
Hal tersebut disampaikannya saat ditemui awak media di ruang kerjanya, Kamis (8/4).
Dikatakan Robinson, persoalan ini diketahuinya saat dirinya menggelar reses di Sungai Bahar Desa Marga Mulia (unit dua) menampung aspirasi masyarakat.
"Salah satu tugas kita kan menampung aspirasi masyarakat, saat reses itu masyarakat ada yang menanyakan masalah sertifikat mereka yang belum dimiliki, padahal sudah memenuhi kewajibanya atau sudah lunas," sebut Robinson Sirait.
Dijelaskannya, dari berbagai yang disampaikan masyarakat itu, ada beberapa masalah, ada yang sertifikatnya hilang dan ada yang belum mereka terima. Padahal sudah lunas, ada juga yang belum lunas, ada juga yang pengganti dan ada juga yang sudah di urus tapi tidak selesai .
"Mendengar keluhan warga itu, saya kemudian mengajak dua orang masyarakat sebagai perwakilan langsung saya ajak ke kantor direksi PTPN 6 Jambi, dan pada saat itu juga kebetulan Komisi I DPRD Muarojambi menggelar pertemuan di kantor PTPN 6 Jambi," katanya.
Dalam kesempatan itu ia menyampaikan ke pihak PTPN 6 bahwa ada masyarakat ex trassimigrasi Bahar Grup hingga saat ini belum menerima sertifikat miliknya, padahal sudah memenuhi kewajibanya atau melunasi hutangnya.
"Itu adalah hak masyarakat, sertifikat mereka tolong dibantu supaya keluar sertifikatnya. Apapun masalahnya terkait dengan sertifikat saya minta supaya dibantu," tegas Robinson Sirait kepada pihak PTPN 6.
Kata dia, sebagai wakil rakyat dari Fraksi PAN Dapil Bahar ia sangat mengharapkan kepedulian PTPN 6 agar menyikapi hal ini.
"Pada saat itu kita audiensi dan langsung ditanggapi oleh PTPN 6. Seminggu kemudian saya ditelpon oleh pak Irfan Manik bahwa dia dan jajarannya telah menelusuri sertifikat itu, pertama ke Bank Mandiri Jambi, baru ke Bank Mandiri Palembang, karna pusatnya disana," tuturnya.
Lanjutnya, setelah inten berkoordinasi, seminggu kemudian pihak PTPN6 menyampaikan keadanya bahwa memang ada 128 sertifikat milik masyarakat Bahar Grup yang dilengkapi dengan nama namanya.
"Dari penyampaian itu langsung saya koordinasikan dengan tiga Camat di Bahar Grup, saya berkoordinasi dengan forum BPD juga kepala desa, kita sepakati waktu itu mengadakan pertemuan di PKS Pinang Tinggi di pabrik, bahwa dari 128 nama itu kita hadirkan, namun memang belum semua hadir dan PTPN berjanji akan memberikannya secara bertahap," sebutnya lagi.
Kata Robinson Sirait, untuk sementara ini pihak PTPN6 akan menyelesaikan dulu dimulai dari yang termudah dulu.
"Yang paling mudah itu adalah petani yang sudah memiliki bukti lunas tapi belum mendapat sertifikat, itu akan diberikan duluan," sebutnya.
Lanjutnya sertifikat tersebut akan diberikan oleh pihak PTPN 6 pada tanggal 20 April mendatang secara kolektif, namun khusus bagi yang sudah memenuhi syarat.
"Jadi saya juga berterimakasih kepada PTPN 6 sudah terbuka membantu ini. Karna ini masalah sudah cukup lama. Petani sangat mengharapkan sertifikat ini, namun bingung mau mengadu kemana, kadang sudah disampaikan tapi tidak ada tindak lanjut. Dan mudah mudahan dengan saya dampingi ini, dan PTPN 6 berniat baik, juga sudah mereka nyatakan, nanti pada tanggal 10 April 2021 akan diberikan kepada masyarakat dari yang termuda dulu," pungkasnya.
