MUARABULIAN - Selama Ramadhan 1442 Hijriyah tahun 2021 Masehi, jam kerja pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di lingkup Pemerintahan Kabupaten (Pemkab) Batanghari dikurangi alias dipangkas.
Kepada wartawan Kepala BKPSDMD Batanghari, Mula P Rambe melalui Kabid Pengembangan Kompetensi, Penilaian Kinerja Apartur dan Penghargaan, Farij , saat dikonfirmasi harian ini di BKPSDMD Batanghari pada Senin (12/4/2021) mengatakan, memasuki bulan Ramadhan, PNS di seluruh indonesia seperti di jajaran Pemkab Batanghari mendapat keringanan untuk pulang kerja lebih awal dari biasanya.
“Selama bulan puasa, bagi PNS dilingkup Setda Batanghari mendapat keringan jam kerja. Kalau hari biasa mereka (PNS) pulang pukul 16.00 Wib, tapi pada bulan puasa nanti PNS pulang lebih awal, yakni sekitar pukul 15.00 Wib,” kata Farij, kemarin.
Menurutnya, untuk jadwal jam kerja PNS di jajaran Pemkab Batanghari selama bulan ramadhan nanti, yakni masuk jam 8.00 Wib dan pulang jam 15.00 Wib. Sementara untuk jam istirahat 12.00-12.30 Wib.
“Masuk jam 8.00 Wib dan pulang jam 15.00 Wib, itu untuk hari Senin sampai Kamis. Sementara untuk hari Jum’at jam masuk kerja tetap jam 8.00 Wib, sementara untuk jam istirahat jam 11.30-12.30 Wib dan pulang jam 15.30 Wib,” jelasnya.
Intinya tidak boleh kurang dari 32,5 jam perminggu dan kita sesuaikan dengan daerah,” timpalnya.
Kita berharap tidak ada yang berubah dari kinerja pegawai saat puasa nanti, tetap disiplin dan tepat waktu, meskipun jam kerja PNS akan dikurangi,” harapnya.
