MERANGIN -Sebagai garda terdepan dalam pencegahan penyebaran virus corona (Covid-19), Kodim 0420/Sarko menggelar vaksinasi massal untuk lansia bertempat di Aula Makodim, Senin (26/4/2021).

Dalam sambutannya, Dandim 0420/Sarko Letkol Inf.Tomi Radya Diansyah Lubis S.A.P., M.Han mengucapkan terima kasih kepada para lansia yang mengikuti vaksinasi tersebut, Vaksinasi ini merupakan tahap pertama yang diperuntukan lansia di wilayah Merangin dan Sarolangun.

"Kami ucapkan terima kasih atas kehadiran Bapak Ibu dalam mengikuti vaksinasi hari ini," ucap Dandim Sarko.

Dandim mengingatkan kepada para lansia untuk mengikuti arahan dari petugas kesehatan dalam pengecekan kondisi kesehatan guna meminimalisir risiko penyakit bawaan atau komorbid.

"Hari ini kami lakukan penyuntikan vaksin khusus untuk lansia saja," terangnya.

Kegiatan tersebut dalam rangka mendukung program pemerintah dalam pencegahan penyebaran virus corona (Covid-19). Dengan dilakukannya vaksinasi tersebut, diharapkan dapat memberikan kekebalan terhadap para lansia.
