BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Kasubag Humas dan Protokoler DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Zulkifli membantah tudingan pemberitaan di beberapa media yang mengatakan adanya dugaan praktik monopoli di Bagian Humas dan Protokoler DPRD Provinsi Jambi terkait anggaran media.
Kepada media Kasubag Humas dan Protokoler DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Zulkifli mengatakan, terkait pemberitaan di beberapa media online dan informasi yang berkembang di media sosial seputar dugaan bahwa ada praktik monopoli 1 media dalam belanja
Humas DPRD Provinsi Jambi, itu sama sekali tidak ada.
"Kami menyayangkan pemberitaan di beberapa media terkait dugaan praktik
monopoli 1 media dalam belanja Humas DPRD Provinsi Jambi yang tidak
berdasarkan hasil konfirmasi langsung dengan pihak Humas DPRD Provinsi
Jambi. Melalui siaran pers ini kami menegaskan bahwa praktik monopoli
tersebut tidak ada," tegas Zulkifli melalui rilis resminya pada Jum'at (30/4/2021).
Zulkifli juga menegaskan, bahwa Humas DPRD Provinsi Jambi hanya melakukan kontrak kerjasama dengan 1
media nasional untuk jangka waktu 3 bulan untuk Tahun Anggaran 2021. Nilai
kontrak kerjasamanya juga tidak mencapai ratusan juta rupiah seperti yang
diberitakan di beberapa media dan berkembang di media sosial.
Humas DPRD Provinsi Jambi juga telah melakukan kontrak kerjasama untuk
jangka waktu 1 tahun kepada 20 media online lokal Jambi, 6 media cetak lokal Jambi, 5 TV lokal Jambi, dan 2 radio lokal Jambi untuk Tahun Anggaran 2021.
"Humas DPRD Provinsi Jambi memahami masih ada media lokal Jambi yang
belum terakomodir untuk kontrak kerjasama, itu terjadi murni karena keterbatasan anggaran Humas dan akan kami evaluasi pada pembahasan anggaran selanjutnya," ujar Zulkifli.
Dijelaskan Zulkifli, adapun tujuan Humas DPRD Provinsi Jambi melakukan kontrak kerjasama kepada media nasional adalah agar berita-berita positif seputar kinerja DPRD
Provinsi Jambi sekaligus prestasi dan keunggulan Provinsi Jambi dapat diketahui publik nasional ataupun daerah lain secara luas.
Pemberitaan yang ditayangkan oleh media nasional dan media lokal yang terikat kontrak kerjasama dengan DPRD provinsi Jambi adalah seputar kinerja DPRD provinsi Jambi. Tidak hanya terkait Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi, tapi untuk seluruh kegiatan DPRD provinsi Jambi dan Alat Kelengkapan DPRD
lainnya. Bukan untuk pemberitaan pribadi, bukan juga pemberitaan yang bernuansa kepentingan politik praktis tertentu," pungkas Zulkifli.(*)
