Hal tersebut ditegaskan Bupati Merangin, H. Al Haris pada acara Musrenbang Rancangan perubahan RPJMD Kabupaten Merangin 2018-2023, yang diikuti para pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah di Aula Bappeda, Selasa (04/5).
‘’Alhamdulillah Merangin masih mampu melakukan pertumbuhan ekonomi secara baik. Masih ada pertumbuhan ekonomi positif sebesar 0,76 persen dimasa pandemic Covid-19, ini karena bidang pertanian kita,’’ ujar Bupati.
Selain itu bupati menerangkan, perubahan RPJMD sudah seharusnya menyesuaikan perubahan RPJMN. Keduanya harus terintegrasi, dimana RPJMD harus mengikuti arah kebijakan RPJMN.
‘’Jadi pada 2020 ada perubahan RPJMN, jadi perubahan itu harus kita ikuti dengan melakukan perubahan RPJMD yang kita bahas pada hari ini, sehingga nanti antara RPJMD dengan RPJMN itu singkron,’’ terang Bupati.
Pada saat ini lanjut bupati, Pemerintah tengah serius menangani wabah Covid-19. Hal ini tentu membuat pembangunan bidang kesehatan akan menjadi lebih fokus, untuk penangulangan dan pencegahan Covid-19.
Sedangkan pembangunan bidang infrastruktur akan mengarah kepada pembangunan perbaikan perekonomian dimasa pandemic Covid-19. Sektor-sektor yang bisa bergerak dalam percepatan perubahan ekonomi terlebih dulu dilakukan.
Bagaimana dengan bidang Pariwisata? Untuk sementara waktu event-event Pariwisata yang sifatnya tahunan tidak bisa dilakukan lagi, karena untuk menghindari terjadinya kerumunan massa.
‘’Kita lihat di beberapa daerah bidang periwisatanya sedang lesu, dilanda Covid-19. Bali yang sangat mapan bidang periwisatanya juga kena imbasnya. Kondisi saat ini sangat tidak menguntungkan bagi bidang pariwisata,’’ tandas Bupati.
