Hal ini disampaikan Dandim 0420/Sarko Letkol Inf Tomi Radya Diansyah Lubis, S.A.P.,M.Han, dalam keterangan tertulisnya melalui pesan WhatsApp Grup TMMD yang diterima awak media, Senin  (07/06/2021).

Letkol Tomi menyampaikan bahwa pelaksanaan TMMD akan berlangsung selama 30 hari mulai tanggal 15 Juni sampai dengan 14 Juli 2021 di Desa Bukit Beringin, Kecamatan Bangko Barat, Provinsi Jambi dengan melibatkan 150 prajurit yang tergabung sebagai Satgas TMMD 111 Kodim 0420/Sarko. 
“Sedangkan rencana Penempatan Pasukan Satgas TMMD 111 Kodim Sarko selama di lokasi TMMD akan menempati rumah penduduk sebagai orang tua asuh sebanyak 28 unit dan masing - masing rumah akan ditempati oleh 5 sampai dengan 7 anggota Satgas,“ ujarnya.
Dengan mengusung tema “ TMMD Wujud Sinergi Membangun Negeri ”, disampaikan lebih lanjut oleh Dandim bahwa TMMD Ke 111 di wilayah Kodim 0420/Sarko dengan sasaran prioritas akan melakukan peningkatan badan jalan sepanjang 7,5 Kilometer dan lebar  6 meter, serta pengerasan jalan sepanjang 5 Kilometer dan lebar 3 meter dari Desa Bukit Beringin Kecamatan Bangko Barat  menuju Desa Beringin Sanggul Kecamatan Tiang pumpung.
Selanjutnya TMMD juga akan membangun MCK 6 Unit (11 Pintu) terdiri dari MCK dan tempat Wudhu Mushola Al hidayah di RT 10 Dusun III Desa Bukit Beringin ( 2 Pintu), MCK dan Tempat Wudhu Madrasah Ngabdul Rahman di RT 14 Dusun III Desa Bukit Beringin sebanyak ( 2 Pintu), MCK Posyandu 3 Unit yang berlokasi di Dusun I, II dan Dusun III masing - masing 1 unit, serta MCK Umum 1 Unit.
Disamping itu, TMMD Kodim Sarko juga akan membangun Pos Kamling di RT 02 Dusun I Desa Bukit Beringin 1 unit, Pembuatan Tugu TMMD 1 Unit, serta Rehab Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH) sebanyak 2 unit milik Herman (45) seorang buruh tani beralamat di RT 19 Dusun IV Desa Bukit Beringin Kecamatan Bangko Barat dan Supriyanto (37) seorang buruh tani beralamat di RT 01 Dusun I Desa Bukit Beringin Kecamatan Bangko Barat.
Untuk Sasaran Non Fisik, kita juga akan melaksanakan berbagai penyuluhan seperti penyuluhan Wawasan Kebangsaan, Kamtibmas, Narkoba, Han Pangan, Kesehatan, Peternakan/Perikanan, Pengobatan Gratis dan Pelayanan KB, Penyuluhan Pendidikan, Posbindu, Posyandu serta Penyuluhan Stunting, ungkap Dandim.
“Sesuai penekanan dari pimpinan bahwa dalam pelaksanaannya kita sudah berkoordinasi dengan semua pihak, sehingga diharapkan terjalin sinergitas untuk mengoptimalkan hasil TMMD yang tepat sasaran dalam mewujudkan Desa TMMD sebagai percontohan desa yang berwawasan kebangsaan,” ucapnya.
Lebih lanjut dikatakan Dandim, bahwa dalam pelaksanaan TMMD Ke 111, seperti yang dilaksanakan pada TMMD sebelumnya juga akan dilaksanakan Lomba Karya Jurnalistik (LKJ) yang diikuti oleh Satgas TMMD serta wartawan media cetak/online, elektronik nasional dan daerah. Harapannya liputan TMMD Ke 111 Kodim 0420/Sarko ini dapat dipublikasikan secara masif kepada masyarakat luas.
