JAMBI - Pj.Gubernur Jambi Dr.Hari Nur Cahya Murni, M.Si meluncurkan program entrepreneur muda “Revitalisasi SMAN 5 Provinsi Jambi Menuju Generasi yang Kreatif dan Berdaya Saing Tinggi”. Peluncuran program ini dilaksanakan di aula SMAN 5 Kota Jambi, Selasa (15/6).
Program revitalisasi SMAN 5 ini bekerjasama dengan Universitas Batanghari, dan dirumuskan salah satunya oleh Bappeda Provinsi Jambi. Program ini diisi dengan 11 program yang diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan generasi muda untuk berjiwa kewirausahaan.
Hadir pada kesempatan tersebut Asisten I Setda Provinsi Jambi Drs.Apani Saharuddin, Rektor Unbari H. Fachruddin Razi, S.H., M.H., Kepala Sekolah SMA/SMK se-Kota Jambi, dan OPD dan pejabat terkait Lingkup Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi.
11 program revitalisasi yang dilakukan di SMAN 5 adalah pelatihan barista, pelatihan fotografi, pelatihan batik Jambi dan Handcraft, pelatihan film pendek, pelatihan coding and programmer, pelatihan content creatif, pelatihan public speaking, pelatihan make up artist, pelatihan tour guide, kreasi masakan Jambi dan pelatihan digital marketing.
Dijelaskan oleh Pj.Gubernur bahwa Kewirausahaan telah menjadi topik hangat dalam diskusi di berbagai kalangan, dari akademisi, pembuat kebijakan sampai pelaku usaha. “Namun kita juga sangat menyayangkan berapa banyak anak-anak muda kita yang tidak memiliki skill (keterampilan) ketika mereka telah lulus dari bangku pendidikan (SMA). Dengan dasar pemikiran inilah keterpanggilan Pemeritah Provinsi Jambi ingin menjadikan SMA N 5 sebagai Role Model sekolah pencetak kewirausahaan di Provinsi Jambi” ujar Pj.Gubernur.
Pj.Gubernur juga memberikan apresiasi kepada Universitas Batanghari yang telah membantu mendorong penciptaan entrepreneur muda di kalangan sekolah menengah atas, dan juga telah membantu pemerintah dalam mendorong pembangunan ekonomi.
“Kegiatan ini merupakan suatu upaya mendorong penumbuhkembangan wirausaha muda di Provinsi Jambi, sehingga dapat menciptakan pusat-pusat ekonomi baru di daerah, yang pada akhirnya dapat berperan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi secara nasional” katanya.
Sementara itu Kepala Bapedda Provinsi Jambi Doni Iskandar menyatakan bahwa program ini adalah pesan khusus dari Pj.Gubernur untuk kemajuan dunia pendidikan di Provinsi Jambi.
Selaku Kepala Bappeda Provinsi Jambi, Doni menyampaikan bahwa ke depan tidak hanya SMAN 5 Kota Jambi saja yang akan dibudayakan sistem ini, namun juga akan diupaya disekolah yang lain.
"Kita bersepakat dan juga sudah mencoba merumuskan sistem penganggaran pemerintah, nanti tidak mengubah struktur APBD, kita akan melibatkan seluruh dinas teknis terkait” ujar Doni.
Sebelumnya juga Rektor Unbari, H. Fachruddin Razi, S.H., M.H menyatakan bahwa munculnya program ini adalah ide dan gagasan dari Pj.Gubernur Jambi.” Kami sangat mengapresiasi dengan dipilihnya Universitas Batanghari untuk kita bersama-sama bekerjasama membina anak-anak kita ini, menjadi orang-orang yang nantinya akan terbentuk generasi muda yang memiliki keahlian, kreatif dan memiliki daya saing, dan diharapkan program ini dapat berjalan dengan baik” kata Rektor.
Rektor juga mengharapkan dengan program ini nanti SMA Negeri 5 Kota Jambi ini adalah sekolah pencetak entrepreneur muda.
"Pada tahun pertama berjalan kita berharap program tersebut dapat meningkatkan penguasaan atas tujuan program dengan cara praktek, magang, dan menambah variasi program bagian yang di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pasar, kemudian mampu melahirkan generasi muda yang memiliki daya serap tinggi di dunia industri dan bisnis berbasis teknologi digital dengan tetap mengakar pada potensi sosial budaya di Jambi” katanya.
