BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Optimalisasi penanganan pasien Covid-19, Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi dan Kabupaten Batanghari saat ini sedang menyiapkan penambahan ruang perawatan bagi pasien terpapar Covid-19 baik di rumah sakit (RS) rujukan maupun RS swasta khususnya yang ada di wilayah Jambi.
Terkait hal tersebut Gubernur Jambi Al Haris didampingi Bupati Batanghari M Arief Fadhil melakukan peninjauan ke fasilitas kesehatan RS Pertamina Bajubang pada Sabtu, 10 Juli 2021. Peninjauan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk melihat seberapa layak RS yang sudah sejak 2009 lalu ini tidak difungsikan untuk dijadikan salah satu RS rujukan penanganan pasien positif Covid-19. Dalam peninjauan ini Gubernur juga didampingi pimpinan Forkopimda Provinsi Jambi dan jajaran pimpinan OPD Provinsi Jambi serta pimpinan OPD Kabupaten Batanghari.
Sementara itu hadir pula Kepala Perwakilan SKK Migas Sumbagsel, Anggono Mahendrawan didampingi Senior Manager Production and Project sekaligus menjabat Pjs GM PHR Regional 1 Zona 1, Muzwir Wiratama, Senior Manajer Humas SKK Migas Sumbagsel, Andi Arie P dan Field Manager Jambi PHR Zona 1 Hermansyah.
Pjs GM PHR Regional 1 Zona 1 menyampaikan bahwa RS Pertamina Bajubang ini merupakan aset fasilitas kesehatan yang sudah hampir 12 tahun terakhir tidak difungsikan lagi mengingat pekerja KKKS Pertamina Hulu Rokan (dahulu Pertamina EP aset 1) juga telah mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang tersedia di Kota Jambi, bahkan untuk penanganan kasus covid-19 di lingkungan kegiatan usaha hulu migas mendapatkan perawatan di rumah sakit rujukan atas dukungan dari Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jambi sesuai dengan amanat Pemerintah. Ia juga menyampaikan bahwa untuk memfungsikan kembali Rumah Sakit ini membutuhkan usaha yang cukup besar baik dari segi perbaikan bangunan yang telah rusak maupun dari segi administrasinya. Namun demikian, Wira juga menyampaikan bahwa Pertamina akan siap untuk mendukung program pemerintah dengan kemampuan yang Pertamina miliki saat ini. "Apapun itu kami akan mendukung sepenuhnya program pemerintah untuk mengoptimalkan layanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat menyesuaikan tupoksi yang ada" ujar Wira.
Sementara itu, Kepala Perwakilan SKK Migas Sumbagsel menyebutkan bahwa Rumah Sakit ini memang merupakan salah satu aset yang pengelolaannya ada di Dirjen Kekayaan Negara. Sejalan dengan pihak Pertamina Anggono juga menyebutkan SKK Migas akan mendukung penuh program pemerintah "kami akan sangat mendukung kegiatan tersebut, terlebih lagi kalau memang ditujukan untuk kepentingan masyarakat, pemanfaatan aset negara untuk memenuhi tujuan tersebut merupakan hal yang sangat membantu di saat pandemi seperti saat ini" jelasnya. Ia juga mengharapkan nantinya dapat terjalin kolaborasi dan sinergi yang baik antara SKK Migas dan Pertamina dengan Pemerintah baik ditingkat Kabupaten Batanghari maupun tingkat Provinsi Jambi.
Dalam kunjungannya yang pertama usai dilantik 7 Juli lalu, Gubernur Jambi Al Haris menyebutkan bahwa dari Pemerintah Provinsi akan melihat kedepan perkembangan kasus Covid yang terjadi di Provinsi Jambi. "Jikalau memang dibutuhkan tambahan fasilitas kesehatan saya rasa rumah sakit ini sangat strategis untuk dijadikan rumah sakit rujukan pasien covid-19" ungkapnya. Ia juga menjelaskan dengan lokasi yang strategis ini memfungsikan kembali rumah sakit Pertamina Bajubang juga akan sangat efektif nantinya untuk mengurangi penanganan pasien Covid di Kota Jambi. "Kalau kita alihkan sebagian kesini, maka nanti tidak akan over load di Kota Jambi," lanjut Al Haris. Selanjutnya ia tetap menekankan untuk dijalankan kembali kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan di RS Pertamina Bajubang ini tetap akan menelaah kembali segala aspek kedepannya khususnya kondisi kasus Covid-19 di Provinsi Jambi pada masa yang akan datang.
Dalam kesempatan in Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi mengharapkan adanya kontribusi serta kolaborasi dari Pertamina, SKK Migas maupun pemerintah Provinsi. SKK Migas Sumbagsel menyampaikan tentunya dalam penyelenggaraan upaya pemanfaatan aset yang digunakan KKKS Pertamina EP ini akan mengedepankan kerjasama yang solid dengan memperhatikan tanggung jawab dari masing-masing pihak, sehingga koridor good governance tetap terjaga. SKK Migas bersama Pertamina akan menunggu komunikasi dan koordinasi lebih lanjut dari Pemprov Jambi dengan menyesuaikan ketersediaan program kerja dan anggaran yang ada di KKKS. "Apabila terdapat anggaran dari pemerintah daerah untuk disinergikan dengan potensi yang ada di KKKS Pertamina Hulu Rokan tentunya akan menguatkan sumber pendanaan yang akan digunakan dan dipadukan dari masing-masing pihak" tutup Anggono.
