MERANGIN - Telah terjadi kekabaran rumah  milik  Hasanah (58) warga RT 08 RW 04 Kelurahan Mampun, Kecamatan Tabir. 
Kebakaran yang menghanguskan seluruh bangunan dan isinya tersebut  terjadi pada hari Sabtu (25/9/21) sekitar pukul 09.30 WIB.
Tidak hanya bangunan rumah yang hangus terbakar rata dengan tanah, namun  satu unit motor Honda CB 150 R juga turut mnenjadi korban dalam musibah kebakaran di pagi hari tersebut. Meski  seluruh bangunan dan isinya ludes dilalap sijago merah, namun masih beruntung dalam kebakaran tersebut tidak ada korban jiwa.
Menurut informasi dilapangan, rumah terbakar tersebut disaat pemilik rumah sedang pergi ke kebun untuk nyadap karet. Diperkirakan akibat kebakaran tersebut pemilik rumah mengalami kerugian berkisar  Rp. 70.000.000,-
Menurut Lurah Mampun, Kecamatan Tabir  Syamsul Zaini penyebab kebakaran diperkirakan berasal dari api dapur yang digunakan untuk memasak air. “ Diduga penyebab kebakaran dari api yang  berasal dari dapur saat memasak air dan diperkirakan kerugian mencapai Rp 70.000.000,” terang Zaini.
