Kepala Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) Dwi Soetjipto melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Wilayah Kerja (WK) Mahakam yang dikelola Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM) untuk meninjau sumur eksplorasi Manpatu-1X (MPT-1X) yang sebelumnya berhasil menemukan cadangan migas pada awal tahun 2022. Kunjungan kerja tersebut dilakukan pada 21 Januari 2022.
“Temuan cadangan migas baru melalui sumur eksplorasi MPT-1X merupakan penemuan pertama di tahun 2022 dan diharapkan dapat membuka peluang-peluang ditemukannya sumber migas lain di WK Mahakam. Hal ini tentunya menumbuhkan optimisme dan semangat bagi SKK Migas dan tentunya PHM guna memenuhi capaian target produksi nasional yaitu 1 BOPD (barel minyak per hari) dan 12 BSCFD (milyar standar kaki kubik per hari) gas di tahun 2030,” kata Dwi dalam sambutannya.
Dwi juga memberikan penghargaan atas capaian kerja yang telah diraih oleh PHM dalam kurun waktu 2021. “Kami atas nama manajemen SKK Migas memberikan apresiasi kepada PHM yang telah bekerja keras sehingga kinerja lifting PHM pada tahun 2021 melampaui target yang sudah ditetapkan,” ujarnya.
Secara simbolis, Dwi menyerahkan jaket "Pejuang 1 Juta Barel" kepada salah satu pekerja PHM di Rig Hakuryu-14 sebagai bentuk penghargaan atas komitmen PHM dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi migas nasional.
Dwi juga berpesan kepada seluruh pekerja agar di setiap kegiatan operasi untuk selalu mengutamakan aspek keselamatan. “Upaya kita dalam meningkatkan produksi jangan sampai mengorbankan K3LL (Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja, dan Lindungan Lingkungan). Hal tersebut tetap menjadi KPI (key Performance Indicator) utama bagi kita. Untuk itu, tetap utamakan safety dalam setiap aspek pekerjaan.” imbuhnya.
Selain itu, Dwi juga menyinggung persetujuan insentif pemerintah kepada PHM yang disebutnya telah mendorong PHM dalam meningkatkan investasi untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan produksi migas di WK Mahakam.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, General Manager PHM Agus Amperianto turut menyampaikan paparan terkait kinerja PHM dan capaian-capaian yang telah diraih PHM selama tahun 2021. “Capaian produksi PHM untuk tahun 2021 tetap berada di atas target Work Plan & Budget (WP&B) meskipun kami bekerja di tengah situasi pandemi,” kata Agus.
Agus menambahkan, berdasarkan data per 31 Desember 2021, capaian di bidang produksi untuk minyak dan kondesat adalah sebesar 24,8 ribu BOPD, lifting gas sebesar 480 MMSCFD, dan well head gas sebesar 526 MMSCFD. “Capaian ini berarti 110% diatas target RKAP untuk minyak dan 113% diatas target RKAP untuk gas,” ungkapnya.
Agus juga melaporkan untuk operasi drilling, sampai dengan minggu ketiga Desember 2021, PHM telah melakukan pemboran sebanyak 73 sumur pengembangan dan 2 sumur eksplorasi.
Sementara untuk kegiatan operasi well intervention juga telah mencapai 60 kegiatan work over dan 4.157 kegiatan well service. Selain itu, Agus juga melaporkan capaian PROPER yang diraih PHM yakni 2 penghargaan PROPER Emas untuk Lapangan BSP dan SPU, serta 3 PROPER Hijau untuk Lapangan CPU, NPU, dan HCA.
“Semua ini adalah hasil kerja keras para Perwira PHM, tentunya dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek keselamatan dan prokes kesehatan yang sangat ketat, untuk mewujudkan komitmen kami sebagai penyedia energi nasional. Tentunya semua ini tidak lepas dari dukungan penuh dari PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia selaku induk perusahaan dan juga kerja sama, kolaborasi, serta komunikasi yang sangat baik dengan SKK Migas, baik yang berada di pusat maupun Perwakilan Kalsul,” terang Agus.
Sumur eksplorasi MPT-1X berada di area South Mahakam di perairan lepas pantai Balikpapan yang merupakan penemuan eksplorasi di antara lapangan-lapangan migas yang sudah ada. Pengeboran dimulai pada Oktober 2021 menggunakan Rig Hakuryu-14 milik PT Japan Drilling Indonesia dengan kedalaman 3.776 meter. Hasil DST-2 (drill stem test) di Sepinggan Carbonate Sequence telah dilakukan pada 18 Januari 2022 dengan hasil uji alir gas sebesar 15 MMSCFD dan kondensat sebesar 428 BPD (barel per hari) di choke 40"/64".
