MUARABULIAN - PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari (APL) salah satu perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang berdomisili di wilayah Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ulu, Kabupaten Batanghari kembali menyerahkan Program CSR Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Jamsostek) BPJS Ketenagakerjaan kepada warga Desa Mitra PT. APL.
Program CSR Jamsostek PT. APL ini diserahkan secara simbolis oleh pihak BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kabupaten Batanghari pada Jum'at (25/03/2022) kemarin. Salah satu warga yang menerima program CSR berupa uang tunai senilai Rp 42 juta tersebut, adalah bapak M. Nazir ahli waris / suami alm.Emil Valentina, warga Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ulu Kabupaten Batanghari.
Dimana Desa Mitra PT. APL tersebut dari Desa Padang Kelapo, Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ulu, Kabupaten Batanghari.
PT. APL mengikutkan program CSR Jamsostek kepada desa yang menjadi mitra yaitu desa Peninjauan, desa Batu Sawar, desa Kampung Baru dan desa Padang Kelapo sejak Januari 2020 lalu.
MH. Fahmi Lubis selaku Coorporate Affaer (CA) PT. APL kepada media ini mengatakan, ini salah satu bagian dalam program CSR PT. APL, karna hal ini merupakan yang penting bagi perusahaan dan organisasi bisnis.
"Artinya CSR adalah bentuk komitmen dan tindakan memenuhi tanggung jawab kami sebagai pelaku usaha terhadap masyarakat sosial sekitar dan lingkungan yang dilakukan perusahaan," ujar Fahmi Lubis.
Dikatakan Fahmi Lubis, dengan menjalankan CSR tentunya banyak memberikan manfaat bagi berbagai pihak, diantaranya:
Meningkatkan citra positif dan memperkuat brand perusahaan dimata publik, juga membuka kesempatan kerja sama baru antara perusahaan dengan pihak lain. Serta yang tidak kalah pentingnya menjaga kominukasi yang lebih harmonis dalam lingkungan hidup dan sosial," ujar Fahmi Lubis.
Dalam kesempatan itu pihak KUD desa Padang Kelapo, Ishak Juarsah mengucapkan terimakasih kepada pihak perusahaan dan BPJS Ketetenagakerjaan Kabupaten Batanghari atas Program CSR Jamsostek ini.
"Saya sangat berterimakasih dan sangat membantu pekerja informal dan berharap menambah jumlah peserta," ujarnya.
Disamping penyerahan bantuan CSR desa mitra, PT. APL juga menyerahkan secara simbolis Beasiswa kepada anak pekerja yang telah meninggal dunia senilai Rp 174 juta.
