JAMBI – Pansus Konflik Lahan DPRD Provinsi Jambi terus mendalami persoalan konflik yang terjadi antara warga Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) dan pihak perusahaan PT.SAL.
Setelah mengambil keterangan dari pihak SAD beberapa watu yang lalu, kali ini giliran Pemerintah Kabupaten Sarolangun dan Merangin yang dipanggil pihak Pansus. Dua pemda tersebut merupakan wilayah dimana tempat SAD dan perusahaan berkonflik.
Dalam diskusi yang dilakukan di Gedung DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Ketua Pansus Konflik lahan, Wartono menanyakan beberapa persoalan yang sempat dilaporkan oleh warga SAD beberapa waktu yang lalu.
“Apakah benar Komans HAM pernah menyelidiki persoalan ini,” tanya Wartono dalam diskusi yang berlangsung pada Selasa (15/02/2022).
Pihak Pansus, kata Wartono, akan mempertimbangkan semua keterangan dan bukti-bukti yang diperoleh sebelum mengambil kepetusan untuk dijadikan rekomendasi kepada pihak Pemerintah.
“Kita tidak akan mudah terpropokasi. Kita akan membuat keputasan berdasarkan bukti yang ada,” tegasnya.
Menjawab pertanyaan dari Ketua pansus, Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Merangin tidak menampik jika persoalan konflik lahan antara warga SAD dan PT. SAL pernah diselidiki oleh Komnas HAM Republik Indonesia.
“Namun hasil dari penyelidikan Komnas HAM menyimpilkan tidak ada konflik antara warga SAD di Merangin dengan pihak perusahaan,” terang Sekda Merangin, Fajarman.
Sebelumnya, perwakilan warga SAD yang juga sempat memenuhi undangan Pansus Konflik lahan DPRD Provinsi Jambi beberapa waktu yang lalu menjelaskan jika dulunya lahan ribuan hektar yang digarap oleh PT. SAL merupakan lahan tempat tinggal mereka sekaligus sumber pencaharian mereka.
Namun, kata warga SAD, situasi berubah saat pemerintah memberikan ijin kepada PT SAL menggarap lahan yang menurut mereka adalah hutan ulayat mereka. Selain kehilangan hutan, mereka juga susah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari.
“Bagaimana kami mau makan kalau binatang buruan itu sudah tidak ada lagi. Bagaimana keberlangsungan anak cucu kami,” keluhnya.
Ia tidak memungkiri, selama ini pihak perusahaan memang memberikan bantuan. Namun pemberian itu dinilai tidak memadai.
“Kami diberi beras 10 kg juga gula setiap bulannya. Tapi apakah cukup,” tegasnya.
Untuk itu, dia berharap agar pemerintah dapat memberikan solusi dalam menyelesaikan persoalan yang sudah berlangsung cukup lama.
“Orang luar dikasih (bentuk plasma), kami yang tinggal dari nenek moyang kami tidak.
Sementara itu, Perwakilan Warsi yang ikut mendampingi warga SAD, Robert menuturkan jika pihak perusahaan pernah memberikan Konfensasi saat akan menggarap hutan yang dihuni SAD itu dulu.
Konpensasi katanya, berupa lahan seluas 2 hektar per KK, akan tetapi dari keseluruhan warga SAD yang ada di sana hanya 37 KK yang diberikan.
“Itupun bukan pemberian akan tetapi hutang,” tegasnya.
Oleh karena tidak mampu bayar, lanjut Robert, akhirnya warga SAD menjual lahan tersebut.
Saat ini, lanjut Robert,
Warga SAD bertahan dengan mendirikan tenda-tenda didalam lahan perusahaan yang dulunya adalah hutan mereka. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari, Ribet menyebutkan warga SAD mengambil buah sawit perusahaan yang jatuh untuk dijual.
“Namun mengambil brondol inilah yang sering menyebabkan konflik karena pihak perusahaan melarang,” sebutnya.
Robert mengaku sudah berusaha mencari jalan keluar untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut. Namun sampai saat ini belum membuahkan hasil yang memuaskan.
“Kami sudah lapor pak Bupati, Pak Gubernur, BPN Pusat bahkan sampai ke Komnas HAM,” bebernya.
Selain dihadiri Ketua dan Anggota pansus, rapat tersebut juga dihadiri oleh Sekda Sarolangun, Endang Abdul Naser, Wakapolres Merangin, serta beberapa Kepala OPD di Pemkab Sarolangun dan Merangin.
