‘’Jadi sesuai dengan manah peraturan Mendagri, pejabat yang sudah menduduki jabatannya lebih dari lima tahun, harus dilakukan pengukuhan kembali. Tentu ini merupakan motivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya kedepan,’’ujar Bupati.
Penilaian kinerja ketiga pejabat tinggi pratama ini lanjut bupati, kedepannya jangan sampai kendor, tapi harus lebih baik lagi dari kinerja yang sudah dilakukan selama lima tahun sebelumnya.
‘’Pesan Pak Gubernur Jambi yang titipkan kepada saya, pejabat yang dikukuhkan dapat lebih bersemangat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Terlebih kata Pak Gubernur, Inspektur Merangin yang masih sangat rendah, karena akan berdampak pada rapot kineja pimpinan daerah,’’terang Bupati.
Untuk Sardaini jelas bupati, dikukuhkan berdasarkan surat rekomendasi Ketua Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara nomor B-3680/KASN/10/2021 dalam jabatan Kepala Dinas Perumahan dan kawasan Pemukiman Kabupaten Merangin.
Tentunya setelah melihat hasil uji kompetesi dalam rangka mutase/rotasi JPT Pratama di lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin yang sudah dilakukan beberapa waktu lalu.
Surat rekomendasi Ketua Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara itu atas izin Gubernur Jambi kemudian dituangkan dalam Surat Keputusan Bupati Merangin nomor 177/BKPSDMD/2022, tentang pengangkatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin.
Sedangkan Hatam Tafsir tegas bupati, dikukuhkan dalam jabatan Inspektur Kabupaten Merangin,  dengan memperhatikan surat Ketua Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negera nomor: B-1199/JP.00.01/03/2022, perihal rekomendasi hasil evaluasi kinerja dalam rangka pengukuhan kembali pejabat pimpinan tinggi pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin.
Surat rekomendasi Ketua Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara itu atas izin Gubernur Jambi, dituangkan dalam Surat Keputusan Bupati Merangin nomor 178/BKPSDMD/2022 tentang pengangkatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin.
Sementara itu, Zulhifni dikukuhkan dalam jabatan Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Merangin, dengan memperhatikan surat Ketua Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negera nomor B-1199/JP.00.01/03/2022, perihal rekomendasi hasil evaluasi kinerja dalam rangka pengukuhan kembali pejabat pimpinan tinggi pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin.
Surat rekomendasi Ketua Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara itu kemudian atas izin Gubernur Jambi, dituangkan dalam Surat Keputusan Bupati Merangin nomor 179/BKPSDMD/2022, tentang pengangkatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin.
Bupati sembari menyalami ketiga pejabat tersebut, mengucapkan terimakasih atas kinerja lima tahun lalu yang sudah dilakukan dengan baik dan sangat berharap kedepan tentunya akan lebih baik lagi.
