JAMBI - Selasa, 24 Mei 2022, telah dilaksanakan penandatanganan perjanjian kerja sama (PKS) antara Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan Kelas IIB Jambi dengan Kelompok Batik Serumpun Berlian sebagai Mitra Binaan Program Pengembangan Masyarakat (PPM) Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 1 Jambi Field, bertempat di ruang serbaguna Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIB Jambi. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh Kalapas Perempuan Kelas IIB Jambi, Officer Comrel & CID KKKS Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 1 Jambi Field, Community Development Officer (CDO) KKKS Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 1 Jambi Field, Tim dari Kelompok Batik Serumpun Berlian, Ka. KPLP Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIB Jambi, Kasubsi Perawatan yang merangkap sebagai Plh. Kasubsi Giatja Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIB Jambi, Staf Giatja Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIB Jambi, serta Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan yang mengikuti kegiatan Batik di Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIB Jambi.
Program asimilasi warga binaan pemasyarakatan di Lapas Perempuan Kelas II B Jambi ini merupakan replikasi dari program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan batik ramah lingkungan di Kelurahan Legok yaitu Kelompok Batik Serumpun Berlian. Program binaan ini berjalan telah memasuki tahun ke-4, KKKS Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 1 Jambi Field, berkomitmen dalam menjalankan program pengembangan masyarakat, guna meningkatkan kapasitas warga lapas dibidang membatik, serta menumbuhkan kemandirian warga lapas pasca masa tahanan selesai. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh warga binaan lapas adalah kain batik dengan menggunakan batik tulis dan batik cap, dengan pewarnaan alami dan pewarnaan sintetis. Selain dari produk kain batik yang hasilkan, warga binaan lapas juga melahirkan produk turunannya menjadi pakaian wanita dan pria, serta aksesoris seperti kalung, bandana, masker, tempat tisu, pouch dan beberapa jenis lainnya.
Triana Agustin, A.Md.IP, S.H M.H selaku KaLapas Perempuan Kelas II B Jambi dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa, “Program Asimilasi warga Binaan Pemasyarakat di lapas yang selalu mendapat dukungan dari Pertamina dalam pengembangan keterampilan kegiatan batik bagi warga binaan. Kegiatan di Lapas Perempuan Kelas II B ini tidak hanya membatik, melainkan juga ada kegiatan menjahit, tata boga, kerajinan tangan. Program yang diunggulkan di Lapas Perempuan kelas II B ini adalah kegiatan membatik, dengan demikian, masih perlu dukungan, perbaikan dan masukan untuk pengembangan batik berikutnya”.
Dalam kesempatan itu Field Manager PHR Zona 1 Jambi yang di wakili oleh Afrianto selaku Officer Comrel & CID PHR Zona 1 Field Jambi mengutarakan dua hal yang menjadi perhatian khusus untuk keberlangsungan program yang telah berjalan. “Saya melihat ada 2 hal penting yang harus kita jalankan, pertama, merencanakan seluruh kegiatan yang berlangsung di lapas secara terukur sehingga dapat di lihat progress dari pendampingan yang diberikan oleh Pertamina melalui kelompok batik serumpun berlian maupun pendampingan dari lapas. Outputnya adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga binaan untuk menciptakan kemandirian dari segi sosial bahkan ekonomi dan yang kedua, memperkuat kelembagaan bagi warga binaan yang telah berakhir masa asimilasi di lapas dapat terwadahi dalam satu kelembagaan, guna menyalurkan dan mengembangkan potensi warga lapas yang dimiliki selama belajar di lapas, dengan demikian warga binaan yang telah selesai masa asimilasi dapat berkembang dan mandiri, serta diterima oleh lingkungan sosialnya, dan mampu menjalankan fungsi sosial dengan baik seperti sedia kala”, tutupnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Perwakilan SKK Migas Sumbagsel Anggono Mahendrawan mengharapkan agar program ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan manfaat yang positif bagi warga binaan, “program semacam ini menurut kami memang sangat baik untuk dilaksanakan, menambah aktivitas positif untuk warga binaan,” ujar Anggono. Ia melanjutkan bahwa dari pihak SKK Migas dan KKKS akan sangat mendukung program-program yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan masyarakat, terlebih lagi warga binaan lapas dikatakanya juga sangat layak mendapatkan perhatian dari hulu migas dalam hal peningkatan kemampuan dan pemberdayaannya. “dengan keahlian membatik seperti ini diharapkan nanti ilmunya dimanfaatkan untuk hal yang bernilai ekonomis, ibu-ibu dapat menghasilkan produk yang bernilai jual sehingga selepas menyelesaikan binaan di lapas nantinya ada sumber pekerjaan baru yang dapat dilakukan untuk menambah penghasilan,” tutup Anggono.
