MUARABULIAN – Guna melakukan pencegahan dan percepatan penurunan angka stunting, Pemkab Batanghari dalam hal ini Dinas PPKP3A, melakukan Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) dengan PT Inti Indosawit Subur (PT IIS). Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di EV Garden, Kota Jambi tersebut, diikuti oleh Asisten I Setda Batanghari, Kepala Dinas PPKBP3A beserta tim, dan pihak PT IIS, Rabu (15/11/2023).
Mewakili Bupati Batanghari, Asisten I Setda Batanghari, A Rifai Kadir mengatakan, berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional/Kepala Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional Kabupaten Batanghari Kabupaten ke 32 (tiga puluh dua) perluasan Kabupaten/Kota lokasi fokus intervensi penurunan stunting terintegrasi tahun 2022.
“Pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Batanghari langsung menikdaklanjuti dengan pernyataan komitmen pelaksanaan percepatan penurunan stunting pada bulan Juni 2021, serta ditindaklanjuti dengan penerbitan Perbup Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Percepatan Pencegahan Stunting Terintegrasi di Kabupaten Batanghari,” ujarnya.
Lanjut dia, capaian konvergensi stunting Kabupaten Batanghari pada tahun 2022 tidaklah begitu baik, terdapat perbedaan dua sumber data terkait dengan capaian angka penurunan stunting, pertama adalah Survey Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) merilis data angka stunting Kabupaten Batanghari sebesar 26, 3 persen berbasis survei, namun berdasarkan elektronik pencatatan dan pelaporan gizi berbasis masyarakat (EPPGBM) berbasis populasi angka stunting Kabupaten Batanghari hanya 9,35 persen.
“Intervensi stunting tidak hanya didilakukan oleh kesehatan saja, tingkat keberhasilan program penurunan stunting sangat dipengaruhi sektor non kesehatan dengan proposi dukungan mencapai 70 persen, untuk itu perlu dilakukan melalui pendekatan multi sektor dan multi pihak melalui pentahelix yaitu menyediakan platform kerjasama antara pemerintah dan unsur pemangku kepentingan,” sambungnya.
Kata Rifai, sebagaimana diskusi PT. Inti Indosawit Subur dan Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting Kabupaten Batanghari selama ini, Pemkab Batanghari membutuhkan pendampingan teknis untuk pelaksanaan aksi konvergensi penurunan stunting, pendampingan teknis terkait perubahan perilaku.
“Pada saat ini Kabupaten Batanghari telah memilki 615 orang Tim Pendamping Keluarga (TPK), yang terdiri dari Bidan Desa, Kader PKK dan Kader KB yang menyebar di 110 Desa yang bertugas mendampingi keluarga berisiko stunting dengan sasaran yang di mulai dari calon pengantin, ibu hamil, ibu pasca melahirkan dan anak stunting,” paparnya.
Mewakili Bupati, Rifai menyampaikan rasa terima kepada PT. Inti Indosawit Subur, atas dukungan program penurunan stunting di Kabupaten Batanghari.
“Semoga Allah SWT, Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, akan selalu memberikan kemudahan dan kelancaran atas pelaksanaan kerjasama ini,” pungkasnya.
