Batangharinews.com - Field Manager PetroChina International Jabung Ltd, Rudy Hermawan menegaskan, bahwa PetroChina International Jabung Ltd terus berupaya semaksimal mungkin untuk memberikan kontribusi sebesar-besarnya dalam pembangunan daerah melalui Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH), penyerapan tenaga kerja lokal, pajak, peningkatan infrastruktur migas yang terintegrasi dengan kepentingan umum masyarakat sekitar wilayah operasi, serta peningkatan kemandirian masyarakat melalui Program Pengembangan Masyarakat (PPM).
Hal ini disampaikan Rudy Hermawan pada acara Field Trip FJM Jambi tahun 2024 di wilayah binaan PetroChina Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Selasa (9/7/2024).
Dikatakan Rudy Hermawan, seperti halnya KKKS lainnya yang beroperasi di wilayah kerja di seluruh Indonesia, PetroChina International Jabung Ltd berkomitmen penuh untuk berupaya mencapai target produksi minyak dan gas yang telah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia. Bahkan berbagai upaya juga terus kami lakukan untuk meningkatkan produksi dan produktivitas kami khususnya di wilayah Blok Jabung.
Hal tersebut sangat sejalan dengan Visi dari PetroChina yaitu untuk mendukung ketahanan energi nasional melalui pembangunan yang berkelanjutan.
"Saat ini, kita berada di salah satu dari sekian banyak Program Pengembangan Masyarakat yang telah dilakukan oleh PetroChina yaitu lokasi program pengembangan kawasan wisata Embung Bina Lestari Muntialo," kata Rudy Hermawan.
Dijelaskannya, bahwa Program pengembangan kawasan wisata ini sudah di rintis sejak tahun 2021 yang bermula dari upaya untuk pencegahan kebakaran hutan dan lahan bersinergi dengan BPBD Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Kemudian di revitalisasi di tahun selanjutnya hingga saat ini menjadi kawasan wisata terintegrasi dimana mengedepankan konsep wisata pelestarian lingkungan dan pencegahan kebakaran hutan dan lahan sehingga dapat menjadi kawasan hiburan buat pengunjung sekaligus edukasi untuk pencegahan kebakaran hutan dan lahan.
Selain menjadi alternatif kawasan wisata buat masyarakat, tujuan lainnya yang ingin dicapai dari program ini adalah memberikan kontribusi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat khususnya kelompok masyarakat yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan kawasan wisata ini.
Program ini merupakan satu dari sekian banyak Program Pengembangan Masyarakat yang telah kami lakukan. Beberapa program lainnya yang dilakukan rutin setiap tahunnya adalah Program Pengembangan Masyarakat di bidang Pendidikan, Kesehatan, Ekonomi, Lingkungan, Infrastruktur, dan kebencanaan.
"Melalui program-program tersebut, kami berharap dapat memeberikan dampak positif yang optimal dari kegiatan hulu migas yang kami lakukan di Blok Jabung yang berada di wilayah administratsi Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat dan Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur,' ujarnya.
Selanjutnya, kata Rudy Hermawan, usaha dan upaya yang kami lakukan untuk mencapai target produksi minyak dan gas bumi yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah tentunya akan semakin optimal dengan adanya dukungan serta kerja sama yang baik dengan insan media di Jambi.
Diakui Rudy Hermawan, peran serta media dalam menyampaikan informasi yang positif, berimbang dan edukasi tentang migas yang benar kepada masyarakat sangat membantu kami dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas kami di wilayah kerja Jabung.
"Kami mengucapkan terima kasih yang sebesar-besarnya kepada rekan-rekan media di Jambi khususnya Forum Jurnalis Migas yang telah bekerjasama dan membantu kami menyampaikan berita yang positif dan berimbang kepada masyarakat," ucapnya.
"Kami berharap Kerjasama positif yang selama ini terjali dapat terus ditingkatkan dan kita jaga bersama," tambahnya.
Rudy Hermawan juga mengucapkan kepada Pak Camat dan Pak Kades serta Pokdarwis, terima kasih sudah berkenan hadir sekaligus terima kasih juga atas dukungannya terhadap kelancaran operasional migas di wilayah blok Jabung.
"Mari kita bersama-sama jaga aset negara kita agar ketahanan energi nasional kita terus terjaga dan negara kita menjadi negara yang semakin maju, kuat, serta terhormat di dunia internasional," ucapnya.
