MUARABULIAN - Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Batanghari melaksanakan Rapat Paripurna dalam rangka Penyampaian Nota Pengantar Kebijakan Umum Anggaran (KUA) PPAS Rancangan Perubahan Belanja Daerah RAPBD) Kabupaten Batanghari Tahun Anggaran 2025 pada Senin (22/7/2024).
Rapat paripurna dipimpin oleh Ketua DPRD Batanghari, Anita Yasmin didampingi Wakil Ketua I DPRD Batanghari, M. Ja'far beserta Sekwan Muhammad Ali, SE.
Tampak hadir Wakil Bupati Batanghari, H. Bakhtiar, SP dan para Anggota DPRD Batanghari, Forkopimda, Asisten Setda Batanghari, Kepala OPD, Kabag, Camat dan undangan lainnya.
Ketua DPRD Batanghari, Anita Yasmin dalam pidatonya menyampaikan, atas nama pimpinan dan anggota DPRD Batanghari mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Wakil Bupati Batanghari dan undangan yang telah dapat hadir pada rapat paripurna DPRD Batanghari ini.
Penyampaian Nota Pengantar KUA PPAS RAPBD Kabupaten Batanghari tahun anggaran 2025 ini disampaikan oleh Wakil Bupati Batanghari, H. Bakhtiar, SP.
Dalam penyampaiannya, Wabup Bakhtiar menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih kepada pimpinan beserta anggota DPRD Batanghari yang telah mengagendakan rapat paripurna dalam rangka penyampaian nota pengantar KUA PPAS RAPBD Batanghari tahun anggaran 2025 ini. Dalam rangka akselerasi atau percepatan pembangunan guna mewujudkan visi dan misi Pemerintah yang tujuan akhirnya adalah demi kesejahteraan masyarakat di Bumi Serentak Bak Regam yang kita cintai ini.
KUA-PPAS Tahun Anggaran 2025 disusun mempedomani Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Batanghari Nomor 2 Tahun 2021 tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah Kabupaten Batanghari Tahun 2021-2026 dan Peraturan Bupati Batanghari Nomor 13 Tahun 2024 tentang Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) Kabupaten Batanghari Tahun Anggaran 2025.
Melalui paripurna ini juga kami mengajak kita semua untuk ikut berkontribusi dan memperkuat sinergi untuk mewujudkan Kabupaten Batanghari menjadi daerah yang Terdepan, Masyarakatnya yang Agamis, Kondisi kehidupan yang Nyaman, Aktif dan membudayakan kembali nilai Gotong Royong, terciptanya Sumber Daya Manusia dan Produktivitas yang Bermutu, yang semuanya itu hidup dan berkembang dalam tatanan masyarakat yang Harmonis.
Pada Tahun 2025 tema pembangunan Kabupaten Batanghari adalah ‘Peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pelayanan publik," kata Bakhtiar.
"Itikad baik dan kebijakan serta langkah-langkah yang kami sampaikan dalam pidato pengantar KUA-PPAS Tahun Anggaran 2025 ini, adalah ikhtiar sistematis dan massif untuk mewujudkan Pemerintahan yang benar-benar semakin dirasakan oleh masyarakat, serta kemajuan Bumi Serentak Bak Regam. Untuk itu kami harapkan dukungan dan sinergi semua pihak, terutama DPRD Kabupaten Batanghari," harap Bakhtiar.
"Saya berharap kiranya dapat dibahas dan disepakati bersama dalam bentuk Nota Kesepakatan antara Pemerintah Daerah dengan DPRD Kabupaten Batanghari dalam waktu yang tidak terlalu lama," tutup Bakhtiar.
