MERANGIN - Kabupaten Merangin sangat optimis mampu kembali menempatkan diri diposisi pertama di Provinsi Jambi, pada penilaian delapan aksi konvergensi penurunan Stunting 2024.
Hal tersebut  ditegaskan Sekda Merangin Fajarman, pada rakor Sekretariat Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting (TPPS) Kabupaten Merangin, di rumah dinasnya, Rabu (16/4).
‘’Pada penilaian delapan aksi konvergensi penurunan Stunting 2023. Merangin  di posos ketiga, karena sedikit terjadi kenaikan disatu kecamatan. Tapi pada 2024 ini kami optimis bisa diposisi pertama lagi,’’ ujar Sekda.
Sedangkan untuk pelaksanaan aksi TPPS 2025 diakui Sekda, dengan kondisi anggaran yang sangat terbatas, terpaksa harus putar haluan merubah pola kerja yang tidak seperti tahun sebelumnya.
‘’Kita  akan menerapkan sekali merengkuh dayung dua tiga pulau terlampaui. Artinya sekali bergerak tidak hanya satu kecamatan yang dikunjungi, tapi bisa tiga atau empat kecamatan,’’ jelas Sekda.
Dicontohkan Fajarman, ketika akan ke Kecamatan Jangkat, kunjungi dulu kecamatan-kecamatan sebelumnya pada pergi atau pulangnya. Kunjungi dulu Kecamatan Tiang Pumpung, kemudian Siau terus bisa blablas ke Jangkat Timur.
Setelah bermalam di Jangkat Timur pulangnya ke Kecamatan Jangkat, lalu ke Kecamatan Lembah Masurai. ‘’Ini kita lakukan untuk efesisensi anggaran 2025 yang sangat terbatas itu,’’ terang Sekda.
Beberapa pola kerja lainnya juga digenjot, terutama dengan melibatkan bapak asuh Stanting atau kerjasama yang baik dengan merangkul pihak ketiga yang dapat dijadikan bapak asuh Stunting.
Tampak hadir pada rakor itu, Plt Kadis PPKB Merangin Suherman, Kadis Kesehatan drg Soni Propesma, Kadis PMD Andrei, Kadis Kominfo diwakili Kabid LKI, Kabid Sosial Budaya Bappeda Misnawati dan anggota TPPS Merangin.
