SAROLANGUN - Dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat adat masih menjadi tantangan, terutama dalam akses kesehatan dan pendidikan di wilayah terpencil. PT Sari Aditya Loka (SAL) mengambil peran tersebut dengan memperkuat pendampingan bagi komunitas Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) di Sarolangun, Jambi.
Sepanjang tahun lalu saja, perusahaan membina 6 posyandu khusus SAD serta menjangkau 241 kepala keluarga melalui layanan kesehatan keliling dan dukungan ambulans. Program ini berkontribusi nyata pada pencegahan stunting dan peningkatan layanan kesehatan dasar yang dibutuhkan oleh orang-orang suku asli tersebut. Perusahaan berharap dengan bantuan kesehatan mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan menekan penyebaran penyakit menular.
Pendekatan yang dilakukan tidak hanya berfokus pada layanan kesehatan, tetapi juga penguatan kapasitas kader dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Melalui pembinaan posyandu, pemberian makanan tambahan, serta kolaborasi dengan puskesmas, intervensi dilakukan secara terstruktur agar dampaknya dapat dirasakan secara konsisten oleh masyarakat.
“Perusahaan pun mendapat apresiasi dari pemerintah daerah atas kontribusi nyata, termasuk penghargaan dari Kabupaten Merangin, Kabupaten Sarolangun dan piagam Orang Tua Asuh Cegah Stunting (GENTING) dari BKKBN Provinsi Jambi,” ujar Asisten Sustainability PT SAL, Slamet Riyadi.
Di sektor pendidikan, PT SAL membina 13 sekolah dengan 412 siswa serta menyediakan Wisma Madu Rimbo sebagai tempat tinggal bagi pelajar SAD agar dapat mengakses pendidikan hingga jenjang menengah.
Selain itu, dukungan terhadap tenaga pendidik dan fasilitas belajar menjadi bagian penting dalam memastikan keberlanjutan pendidikan anak-anak SAD. Upaya ini mendorong peningkatan partisipasi sekolah sekaligus membuka peluang bagi generasi muda komunitas adat untuk memiliki masa depan yang lebih baik.
Langkah ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan dunia usaha dapat mempercepat pemerataan layanan dasar, sekaligus mendukung agenda nasional dalam penurunan stunting dan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di wilayah tertinggal.
