BANJARBARU - Rembuk Nasional Gerakan Indonesia Melayani kembali digelar sebagai komitmen pemerintah untuk perbaikan layanan masyarakat.
Rembuk Nasional ini adalah ikhtiar untuk memperbaiki serta membangun pelayanan publik yang prima," ujar Deputi bidang Pelayanan Publik Kementerian PANRB Diah Natalisa, Jumat (20/09).
Menurut Inpres No. 12 Tahun 2016 tentang Gerakan Nasional Revolusi Mental, disebutkan bahwa Kementerian PANRB mengoordinasikan Program Gerakan Indonesia Melayani dan bertanggung jawab atas terwujudnya perilaku SDM Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang melayani. Gerakan Indonesia Melayani dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan bahwa pelayanan publik di tanah air belum dapat memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan kepada masyarakat, sehingga pemerintah perlu meningkatkan dan memperbaikinya.
Perbaikan pelayanan publik diawali dengan mendengarkan aspirasi masyarakat yang aktif memberikan saran kepada pemerintah.
" Mengubah paradigma sebagai penyelenggara pelayanan publik untuk melayani masyarakat dengan tulus," ungkap Diah.
Lebih lanjut Diah mengatakan, dengan adanya gerakan ini diharapkan terjadi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik pada instansi pemerintah yang memiliki tugas utama melakukan pelayanan umum. Gerakan Indonesia Melayani dilakukan untuk memperbaiki ketidaksesuaian dan penyimpangan dalam proses pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Kementerian PANRB telah menetapkan 10 fokus program yang menjadi fokus dalam Gerakan Indonesia Melayani, yakni peningkatan kapasitas SDM ASN, peningkatan penegakan disiplin, penyempurnaan standar pelayanan e-gov, penyempurnaan sistem manajemen kinerja, serta peningkatan perilaku pelayanan. Fokus lain yang ditetapkan adalah deregulasi, debirokratisasi, peningkatan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana unit pelayanan publik, peningkatan penegakan hukum dan aturan di bidang pelayanan publik, serta sistem penghargaan dan sanksi serta keteladanan pimpinan.
Rembuk Nasional Gerakan Indonesia Melayani juga diisi oleh para inovator pelayanan publik yang inovasinya ditetapkan sebagai Top 99 atau Top 40 inovasi pelayanan publik. Inovator yang menjadi narasumber pada acara ini adalah Pemkab Gresik dengan inovasi Kartu Keluargaku Datang (Kakekku Datang), inovasi 119 Kolaborasi Nasional Layanan Emergensi Medik dari Kementerian Kesehatan, serta beberapa inovasi lainnya. Total ada tujuh inovasi yang akan membagikan ilmunya kepada para peserta.
Dalam waktu yang sama, juga diadakan seminar yang mengangkat tema Mal Pelayanan Publik dan Budaya Pelayanan Prima. Seminar itu dibagi menjadi dua topik, pertama yakni perubahan budaya kerja ASN menjadi budaya melayani. Sementara kedua, adalah best practice MPP terkait pelaksanaan Gerakan Indonesia Melayani.
" Tentu kita berharap dapat meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan publik, selalu menyesuaikan dengan dinamika ekspektasi masyarakat yang semakin meningkat, mengedepankan hosptality dalam pelayanan publik," pungkasnya.
Terpisah, wakil bupati Tanjabbar Drs H Amir sakib saat menghadiri acara rembuk nasional gerakan indonesia melayani menyampaikan bahwa gerakan indonesia melayani merupakan sebuah upaya untuk melakukan peningkatan dan perbaikan layanan secara terus menerus. Dengan demikian, kualitas layanan yang di berikan kepada masyarakat dapat terus menjadi lebih baik.
" Memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat adalah tugas pemerintah, maka dari itu kita selaku pemerintah harus terus melakukan peningkatan dan perbaikan layanan sehingga masyarakat dapat merasakan hasil nyata dari pemerintah," pungkasnya.(den)
