Nota pengantar RPAPBD Merangin 2020 yang disampaikan bupati pada rapat paripurna DPRD Merangin di Aula Utama Gedung Dewan Merangin tersebut, merupakan bagian dari proses penyusunan APBD.
‘’Pidato pengantar ini merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari lampiran nota keuangan dan rancangan Perubahan peraturan daerah anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daeah Kabupaten Merangin 2020,’’ ujar Bupati.
Apa yang disampaikan ini lanjut bupati, merupakan hasil kesepakatan besama antara Pemerintah Daerah dan DPRD Merangin. Penanganan dampak Covid-19 berdampak pada refocusung kegiatan dan realokasi anggaran di semua OPD.

Berkar kerja keras semua tim penanganan Covid-19, penyebaran Corona di Kabupaten Merangin dapat diatasi. Kedepan bupati mengajak semua pihak terus besinergi untuk selalu mematuhi protokol kesehatan memutus mata rantai Covid-19.
Disampaikan bupati, pendapatan daerah pada rancangan Perubahan APBD tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan sebesar Rp 132,045 miliar, dari sebesar Rp 1,467 trilyun, menurun menjadi Rp 1,335 trilyun atau mengalami penurunan sebesar sembilan persen.
